Turgutreise 5 minutes. 5 minutes to Ortakente. It is 10 minutes to Gümüşlük. 5 minutes to Acıbadem Hospital and 5 minutes away from the sea and easy to reach everywhere. Turgutreis is 150 meters away from Bodrum road. The house is zero. It has never been used. There is 24-hour hot water, Vrf heating and cooling system.

Swimming pool 10 min walk, Bodrum city center is 2.2 km, Gumbet beach is 20 minutes walk, Oasis shopping center is 100m away. There is a s.market to cover your basic needs 10m of the apartment.
