My centrally located apartment is within walking distance to the beach (7 min walk), markets, local market, ATMs, bus stop, sports facilities. In addition, this charming apartment, which has bright rooms that receive light all day and a spacious balcony, is on the 2nd floor of a 2-storey building. There is parking available for those with vehicles, and for those without, the stop is right in front of the house. Bodrum is more beautiful in autumn :) It is also next to it, away from the crowds and noise of Bodrum. 7 minutes to the sea on foot, 5 minutes to grocery store and monopoly dealership, 7-20 minutes to restaurants. 16 minutes by car to Bodrum and 15 minutes to the airport. Dolmus every 30 minutes to Bodrum. Next to the forest. 3-4 people house with air conditioning suitable for family and singles in the spacious garden with our chickens, cats, birds, fruit trees, vegetables, fruits. Immaculate sea, blue flagbeach-sea suitable for children.

I am glad to help basic needs such as transportation, to know the bay area well and more. Basically, the apartment has a view of the sea and its own garden. It is on a site with the safe and secure area. Parking also available on the site. Main road 3min walk, and it has a bus station on it. Swimming pool 10 min walk, Bodrum city center is 2.2 km, Gumbet beach is 20 minutes walk, Oasis shopping center is 100m away. There is a s.market to cover your basic needs 10m of the apartment. The 2nd floor and terrace of the 2-story villa with Lebiderya sea views are rented. My house is located under Geriş, a calm area of Yalikavak. On the top floor of the apartment, it is only for your use, with a sea view there is a terrace. The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people) , bathroom/toilet , open kitchen, and balcony.. It is about 50 square meters. Since the location of our site is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.

We are located in Bitez and we are only 3 minutes walk away from Bitez sea side ( 150mt). You can find many sport activities, boat trip rentals, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops in Bitez. We have strong wifi which helps home office working guests a lot. The apartment has two bedrooms, living room, open kitchen, bathroom and a large balcony with a nice view. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can ask for kitchenware set free from the reception.
