Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Via en grøn sti er der 200 m. til en dejlig børnevenlig strand med en badebro og bålplads. Husets terrasse har havudsigt og fuld sol hele dagen lang og man kan glæde sig til aftensol og smukke solnedgange. Sommerhuset ligger i et roligt og skønt område som indbyder til afslapning og hygge ved vandet. Køkken-alrum fungerer perfekt til en stor gruppe der både kan hygge og lave mad.

I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 3, 6 og 9 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.

There is own parking and only 25 min drive to Odense, Odense Zoo and 3 km to the nearest shopping. There are several places in Otterup city where you can charge your electric car.
