Monthly Rentals in Bolinao

Ma’m Maichel and her husband Marcus were such amazing hosts. For context, we drove from Manila around 2:30PM and got to their place pretty late at around 9:00PM, but they were still ready to accommodate us and show us our room. They even cooked breakfast for us even without prior notice, and gave us a 6L water (which we both paid for, of course, but still!) I would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Bolinao, and need a quiet, private and affordable place to stay at. It was such a lovely experience! Patar Beach is just 25 mins away by car, but even if this place isn’t a beachfront property, I would still recommend staying here. It felt like it was your home away from home. Thank you, Ma’m Maichel, and Sir Marcus! It was a pleasure being your guests at your amazing place.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place looked exactly like the photos—what you see is definitely what you get. Everything we needed was already provided. The amenities were complete, and the kitchen had all the utensils you’d need for cooking, plus a working fridge which was super convenient for storing groceries and leftovers. The beddings were fresh, clean, and neatly prepared, which made the room feel very cozy and comfortable. The overall vibe of the room was relaxing, and you could tell it was well taken care of. The jacuzzi was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing after a long day. We also loved the unique bonus of free fruit picking around the area, which made the stay even more special. John Paula and Patrick were friendly, responsive, and very easy to talk to, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to unwind in Bolinao!

The property looks exactly like the listing photos. The place is clean and comfortable! The villa and the whole property are very spacious, even our pets enjoyed strolling around the property! Thank you so much 💖

Definitely a worthwhile trip. The location is equidistant from Patar beach, Bolinao Falls, and Bolinao proper. It does have a few street stores inbetween those stops if you forget a few things and need to stock up. The Enchanted Cave is also close by and worth a trip—don’t forget to bring your swimsuit! The home provided an AC unit, tv, sound system, drinking water, a microwave, plenty of dishes, and a fridge (in the disconnected dining area). If anyone is looking for a nice secluded romantic getaway with all of the fixings, this is probably the best bang for your buck. Definitely will stay here again if ever in Bolinao.
