Vacation rentals with an accessible-height bed in Bologna

We stayed at the Chez Fratellini apartment for 10 days and absolutely loved it! The apartment is spacious, beautifully styled, very clean and comfortable. It is pleasantly full of filtered light and it is located in a quiet, quaint suburb which is literally 500m away from the historic Porta Maggiora that takes you into the charming old town. We loved hearing blackbirds in the morning, made a habit of going to a local bar for excellent expresso and then we would take our time exploring on foot historic wonders of Bologna. After busy day in a bustling old town we could come back to peace and quiet of the Chez Fratellini. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for our 10 days stay. We also had a few grocery shops nearby and numerous bars and restaurants to chose from. Chrisitian was always quick to respond to our questions or requests and was always able to help. A beautiful apartment that was perfect for our Modena holiday. Well appointed with everything you could need and more, very comfortable. Within easy walking distance to the city centre, restaurants & points of interest. Maria Rosa was lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Internet connection wasn’t the best but overall we can highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful apartment! We had a fabulous time in Bologna. Daniela was responsive, flat is finished to a high standard, great shower, comfortable bed. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Everything was perfect with the house, she thought about every detail, it was better than staying in a hotel room, there was plenty of useful utensil in bathroom and kitchen and everywhere. House was clean and tidy, was in a great location, central but quite, Check-in process was easy, Linda recommended good restaurants. She was very helpful and quick with responses. We loved our stay with Marco! Everything was clean and as pictured. The house is even better in person than in the pictures. We stayed for one month and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again!

Ground floor, beautiful apartment with ample space and very clean. It was so awesome!!! I would totally stay here again. Close to amazing restaurants and so many of the attractions. Also, the music museum is literally around the corner. We loved our time in Bologna. Thank you so much.

Caterina is an amazing host! From the start, she was always responsive. She met us outside the apartment when we first arrived and showed us to the apartment. She has a bulletin board with a surplus of great recommendations. When we had car trouble she was helpful with reply’s. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need. The washing machine was a HUGE plus. I would highly recommend not getting a car as the parking is located in a restricted zone. This means you either have to park further away from the apartment or drive backwards down the street to avoid getting a ticket. Everything is walkable and if needed you could rent a car for the day and return it. Make sure to go to Vero gelato and Sfoglia Rina for pasta!

Fantastic location - apartment was spotless and very well equipped. Easy clear instructions on how to enter and a lovely touch was having tea, coffee, soft drinks, snacks on arriving. We had a problem with the shower but this was very quickly resolved when we contacted Francesco who responded immediately. Plenty of storage space for clothes. The apartment was in a very quiet building yet only a 5 minute walk to the centre with no plenty of cafes/ restaurants on route. Francesco was very helpful in booking a taxi for our return journey to the airport. We absolutely recommend this modern very well equipped and clean apartment.
