Intimate and pleasant loft in the beating heart of the historical center

The apartment, located in the beating heart of the historic center, consists of a large living area with living room (TV and sofa bed), nice and characteristic kitchenette (stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine) and bathroom equipped with all comforts. The sleeping area, located on the mezzanine, is spacious, bright and comfortable . The apartment is entirely available to guests I'm always available by phone and in a few minutes I can get to the apartment. The apartment is in the heart of the historical center, in the heart of the university area, within a lively but at the same time safe neighborhood. There are bars, bars, and restaurants nearby. The apartment is well served by public transport and is close to the main attractions: • University: 100/200 m • Railway station: 1 Km • Two towers: 600m • Neptune Square: 800m • Sant'Orsola Hospital: 1 km • Parking in Piazza V||| August: 400m
