Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bologna

Everything is perfect, very clean, comfortable, cozy accommodation, with everything you need. Location: well, there is very close to the house bus stop, to go to the center, bus station and train. Nearby services, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets,etc. The best they, Daniela welcomed us and took care of us very well, Filippo recommended places near the house very good by the way also through the center. Any questions were answered soon. All good.

Paula was a great host. The apartment is very comfortable and in a great location. One day we accidentally locked our keys in the apartment and she responded very fast and let us in. The one caution I would say is there are lots of stairs in the apartment. Especially the upstairs getting from the bedroom to the bathroom involves navigating a number of stairs that are turning a corner and in the night you have to be very careful. We really enjoyed our stay. Bologna is very special and this is at the heart of the action!

Cozy with beautiful garden able to sit and enjoy. Everything was clean, Elisa even left us something to eat in the frigde ❤️ Very easy reachable and well described. The only issue we had was with wifi connection, which wasn’t solved in time. I would recommend Elisa’s place!

I stayed a couple of days with friends. The house was clean and matched with the pictures. The location was ideal, quiet but well connected to the main points of interest. The host was super available.

We had a fantastic stay at I Casali. The accommodation was cosy, clean, warm and comfortable. Tiziana and Roberto were excellent hosts. They provided us with great recommendations of places to visit and even baked some delicious cakes and biscuits for us.

Lara is a kind and helpful host. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surroundings and the space around the house are amazing. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets over dinner right by the pool will remain unforgettable. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but in a great location. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay here. The place was peaceful and nice. Easy walk into the city center and great restaurants nearby! Highly recommend!

Great 👍🏾 experience working with Feddie. The penthouse matches the advertised pics 📸. Very attentive and responsive to my questions about certain things within the penthouse. The view of Bologna was beautiful at night 🌙 and day. Great location and friendly doorman.

Very nice and sufficiently large apartment with all the tools and gadgets you can use. There was also a snack basket provided to bridge breakfast amenities with coffee and pastries. Piazza maggiore is about a 30-minute walk, but you can also take the bus. It was a rather quiet neighborhood, perfect for us. Clear recommendation for a city trip in Bologna :)

We, 2 adults & 3 kids & dog, had plenty of space at Giorgio's, communication was straightforward, helpful and quick to get answers. The whole apartment was very clean and well appointed. The parking was right outside the door, in a private area, the direct walk to the center was a little further, through a construction site there were detours. Absolutely recommended for Giorgio and Bologna. Thanks for the wonderful time.

Really enjoyed my stay here and I would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, on a quiet street but only a few minutes walk to the very heart of Bologna. The apartment itself is lovely, clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. It also has a fab terrace space out the back with seating. I’m learning Italian and I find watching the tv really helpful, this one had lots of channels so bonus points from me! Alvise and Maria Giovanna were kind and helpful and responded really quickly to any queries I had. Thanks again for a great stay!

Had a relaxing weekend at Carlo's apartment. He met us, let us in and showed us around. It was cold and Carlo increased the heating temperature for us which was much appreciated. Lovely property, very comfortable and well equipped. Sadly the wrong time of the year to use the beautiful balcony, but the large window out to it gave lots of natural light. A short walk to the Piazza Maggiore and you're never short of somewhere to eat and something to do in this beautiful city. Carlo kindly sorted out a taxi for us to get to the station when we left. We'll be back!

We found this house while looking for accommodation in harmony with nature not far from the city center for the fair event. The host shared everything from videos and photos for us arriving late in the morning, the location of the house, how to get into the front door, etc. During the 8 night stay, it felt like my home, and the host was very friendly. Large and cozy house, with everything we needed. We found it clean and tidy Renato is kind and helpful! You can get to the center in about twenty minutes on foot, a great location for BolognaFiere

Luciana was a great host and with very quick responses to our queries. The apartment was very clean and quiet with everything for a solid stay - great kitchen and lovely terrace. Best of all is the location, sitting in amazing food precinct and just a 10 minute walk to the main piazza. Highly recommend

Great Host, always answered in max. 10min even when i forgot my keycard. Also made it possible to leave bags in appartement after check out. Good location everything important is within quick walking distance

A wonderful cosy apartment very close and an enjoyable walk to Bologna centre, with great restaurants and bars close by. Fantastic host, who really went over and above to help us! Very clean, free of clutter and everything we needed. We would definitely recommend and stay here again (hopefully soon!).
