Loft vacation rentals in Bologna

Rosanna a été accueillante et disponible par Whats'app lors de notre séjour. Logement central avec accès facile à la gare à pied qui nous a permis de laisser la voiture dans l'enceinte de la cour lors de nos journées passées à Bologne et Florence. Au milieu de la Motor Valley où tous les constructeurs automobiles sont accessibles. Elle nous a recommandé des restaurants et magasins à proximité. Le logement était très propre et la cuisine parfaite pour cuisiner le soir. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la pizzeria Parfin (fermée le mercredi mais ouverte le dimanche soir) à quelques minutes en voiture qui permet de prendre à emporter pour manger tranquillement à l'appartement.

The apartment looked just like the pictures and was very clean. We were able to leave our luggage well before the official check-in time, and Francesco responded incredibly quickly, which made communication super easy. Everything we needed was provided. The location is quite central, yet it was very quiet inside, so we were able to get a great night’s rest. It’s hard to imagine getting a better deal at a hotel — we were really happy with the accommodation.

Marco’s place was in a great location, close to all the main sights and lots of restaurants. He was kind enough to meet us on the day we arrived to show us how to get into the parking garage and apartment, as well as to teach us the best way to exit with our car so as to avoid any ZTL fines. He and his brother Flavio were both highly responsive, coming by with new towels, toilet paper and anything else as needed. It was the perfect bare bones home base for our stay in Bologna.

볼로냐에 왔다면 고민 없이 이 숙소를 추천합니다. ztl 외곽에 있고 지정된 주차 자리가 있기 때문에 편하게 차를 이용할 수 있습니다. Mr.Vincenzo 는 친절하고 세심하였으며 정확했습니다. 방에는 모든것이 있었고 깔끔했습니다. 볼로냐 중심지에 까지 걸어서 20분이면 되고 안전한 곳에 위치해 있습니다. 최고였습니다. 감사합니다.

Absolutely amazing stay at Francesca's! She showed me the definition of true hospitality and I was so sad to leave. 11/10 would stay again! A few highlights: *Very communicative/responsive and helpful host. I was there for a few weeks and Francesca definitely helped me settle in to Italy stress-free! *Very comfortable bed and comfortable apartment overall *Sparkling clean and very nice appliances/features (i.e. automatic shades and openers for the skylights). *Peaceful, quiet, and safe neighborhood. I did not want to be right in the city center of Bologna. This apartment is about a 10-15-minute walk to where the restaurants/shopping on Via Santa Stefano starts, and about 25 minutes to the city center. I only took the bus a handful of times during my extended stay there, but that is a faster and easier option if you want it. There are some cute cafes and eating options within a ~5 minute walk. Super close to SPAN (AMAZING pizza), Berbere, and Forno Brisa for daily bread and treats.

Alessandra & Ludovico have created something truly special. Their land, home, and way of welcoming guests radiate care and warmth. You can feel this place was built with love and vision. Their hospitality is unmatched. They picked us up from the station, lent toys for our little kid, and helped arrange excellent e-bikes. Exploring the green hills at our own pace was perfect. Every route was beautiful – full of spring scents and wildflowers. We rode nearly every path, but the view from the house was the most breathtaking. The house is spacious, minimalist yet cosy and stylish. Outside are several seating areas surrounded by birdsong. One clear night, we soaked in the hot tub under the stars. It’s inspiring to see what they’re building together. There’s space here, and a deep sense of welcome. A place that stays with you – where everything fits, and you find yourself wishing for just one more day. And then there’s Cheeta, the dog. Even if you’re not a dog person, you’ll miss her!

Lelio’s studio is a beautiful, historical gem in Bologna. The frescos from the 1600s and the carved ceilings situate you in the heart of civilization. The modern amenities are perfectly maintained. The bed is extremely comfortable and the linens are in excellent shape. The bathroom is appointed with everything you will need. Please know that the ceiling can “shed” some because this is a historical building. Dust can fall from the plaster and stonework. Also, there is sound from the building entrance door and gate, because this unit is located on the ground floor near the entrance. It is not noisy, just normal building sounds. Neither of these detract from the spectacular studio. Thank you!

This is a lovely Airbnb – – cozy and clean and Sara was a fantastic host. It’s a great place to stay, but there are a lot of stairs to climb to get to the apartment! Just a word of warning to anyone with heavy suitcases or mobility issues.

L’appartamento era curato e con l’essenziale per un soggiorno di pochi giorni. Ci è piaciuto molto il quartiere, che è tranquillo e ben collegato al centro storico. A pochi passi dall’appartamento c’è anche un comodissimo supermercato. Potrebbe essere fatta più attenzione ad alcuni dettagli come la pulizia delle stoviglie e della doccia, ma in generale l’esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. Benedetta è stata molto gentile e comprensiva nello scambio dei messaggi.

We had a fantastic stay at Paolo’s. The apartment was beautiful and had thoughtful touches which we appreciated. Our young children especially loved the selection of toys to play with. The location was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed exploring and walking around the centre. We’ve been to Bologna a few times before and this has been our favourite apartment so far. We would definitely stay here again on future trips.

Beautifully designed top floor suite that is well equipped and has a top notch location. Valeria and her husband were very welcoming and helpful. We had a great stay and it truly is an amazing stay in an amazing location - highly recommend!

We had a great time and felt right at home. The city was accessible and perfect for sightseeing. Nice being able to use the little kitchen and do some cooking too. Definitely recommend 👍
