The house and our stay were exactly what we needed for our brief Easter getaway! our host's communication was clear and forthcoming, and she was flexible when we needed to delay our arrival a little. check in was easy and clear, and the guides tour of the house and facilities beyond expectations. the amenities were great, we unfortunately didn't get to use the bicycles available... we did enjoy the warmth of the fireplace to take the edge off the spring evening temperatures! the beds were comfy, the shower hot and spacious, and having a second toilet is always a bonus. The only comment I had is that the cleaning fee for a 3 days stay was very high (roughly the same as we pay for a deep clean of our entire house, about twice the size of the property)... otherwise... perfect, and despite thatbone thing, we would still book again if they'll have us back! thanks you Danielle and Agence Cocoon!

Accommodation and magical environment... We felt like we left very far while we were in the same village as our 🏠 main house.. Soothing accommodation, very pleasant to stay there.... Matches the photos and description.... You can find everything and even more.... Bedding.... We felt like we were sleeping on a cloud.... Thanks to the biquettes 🐐and birds 🐦 for all these moments of "break"... Pascale is a very, pleasant, responsive, attentive host... She is in harmony with her rental... Thanks also to his son who is also very available... I will definitely be back again, but this time alone, to appreciate this place and the moments that flow from it, at its fair value. We stayed for a few days at Catherine's place. The listing description complies with the property. The veranda is a real plus for this atypical house. As last year, we vacationed in her house for three weeks. It felt good that Valérie and Bertrand were obviously happy that we came back. The location of the house is unique, the sea can be seen from the upper windows (even when showering!) , on foot it is 3 ' to the sentier côtier. The house feels friendly and generous, the furniture is comfortable. There is lots of space to put all your own things. There are all the necessary equipment and machines and they all work great . The garden offers sun and natural shade from palm trees and figs. Plus 2 really good sunbeds. We were back with our dog, who is not allowed to go to the upper floor there...this was easy to get through with the children's stair lock . Because of the location and because of the garden, the house is ideal for holidays with a dog. There are friendly neighbors around it....the neighboring dogs are also friendly. We would come back!

This is a fantastic holiday location and we recommend it most highly. Thomas is an excellent host - he is very responsive and extremely helpful in answering all questions really quickly. Check in was easy and it was great that Thomas was there to meet us and give a tour of the house with everything explained. The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Rooms are big, well furnished and very comfortable. We also really appreciated the welcome gift of local beer! The setting is perfect with a beautiful pool, lovely gardens and a bbq area - perfect for a relaxing holiday. We intend to return next year if possible! Thank you Thomas.

Pleasant and functional house to accommodate several families. Close to the beach, it is possible to walk there. Jacques is very welcoming , we even had homemade crepes!

Everything was perfect ! The accommodation is impeccable: very clean, very pleasant, very well-equipped. The children's play area was much appreciated by our daughter. The location is perfect, quiet but close to the sea. Johann is very friendly and available. We had a great week and will be happy to come back.

What a perfect holiday destination! Quiet rural location, but only a 10 minute walk to the local village for necessities and 10 minute drive to a HyperU, on the outskirts of Vannes. House is very clean and well equipped with everything needed for a “home away from home”. The accommodation is very spacious and comfortable, with the latest appliances to cover all requirements, and cleaning products to use when required. The outside space is fabulous, with great size (and very clean) pool and a range of comfortable furniture for relaxing, eating and sunbathing in the spacious garden. Marie-Hélène was a fabulous, attentive host from the point of booking, with pre-holiday queries, and throughout the whole stay - meeting us on arrival and checking that we were familiar with the appliances and pool, to wishing us well on leaving while giving us plenty of time to pack without pressure. If we holiday in this area in future, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay! Many thanks Marie-Hélène!

We stayed as 6 adults, 3 babies and 2 dogs, everything went very well. The accommodation was nicely decorated for Christmas, clean and enough space for everyone, we didn't miss anything. Thanks again to our host who was responsive and very friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

Everything was really excellent!!! Offbeat check in and check out with kindness. Ultra complete house equipment. In fact you are at home, plenty of cooking equipment, two capsule machines, a thermomix, oil salt pepper etcetc The hot tub is great in an intimate place not overlooked. Nice and well laid out garden surper It feels like home quickly!!! Between 30 minutes and 1 hour from the main places to visit. Go find a small area for improvement: a bigger TV in the living room but good on vacation is better not to watch it but in Brittany when it rains 🤪 A special mention for Marie who welcomed us with good humor and Breton kindness Book now!!!

3 nights with family in the accommodation, the house is large with separate spaces, we do not step on it. The house is ideally placed to stroll through Concarneau and have access to shops. Recommended vigilance with small children vs stairs. Very pleasant stay, we recommend this place!

Little slice of heaven, quiet and green. The house is very functional with all the necessary amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave oven). Great setting with a small forest adjoining the property, all secured by a gate. Our dog loved this large play area and our daughters enjoyed the swing and games provided. The house was very clean and the beds made on arrival, which is nice when arriving a little late. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive to messages. The little gift that was waiting for us on the table made us happy. Very well located, the house is close to all tourist centers (less than 20 mins). A perfect place to disconnect because there's no wifi, which feels good to put down the phones and just enjoy. Rest assured, we still have reception outside and upstairs.
