The studio apartment is located in a new residential complex at Seifullin 51 on the 8th floor. The apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Within a walking distance there is a railway station -1, March shopping mall, Zhibek Zholy TD, Turksibsky Arbat, squares, 15 minutes drive to the airport. The area has a very good transport interchange, which makes it easy to get to any part of the city. There is also a wet cleaning and change of linens and towels for longer stays.
