Due to its own central heating, the garden house is available all year round. The interior consists of a sitting area, a large double box spring, a kitchenette and a private wet area (toilet, shower). There is a TV with cable connection and WiFi. Even in the rain, it is wonderful to sit outside under the canopy. There you will also catch the last rays of the sun.

This beautiful vacation home is located on the Hondsrug at the edge of the state forests and is located in a small-scale bungalow park. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with sun all day, but also plenty of shady spots. Within walking distance in the forest is the beautiful swimming lake 't Nije Hemelriek. There are several MTB routes, a golf course and various hiking and biking routes. The house has 2 spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, kitchen, utility room and spacious garden.

Welkom in het bosrijke Exloo, gelegen op de Hondsrug in Drenthe. Wij wonen zelf in het monumentale treinstation van Exloo uit 1903, aan de NOLS spoorlijn, van Zwolle tot Delfzijl. deze spoorlijn is opgericht in 1899 en opgeheven in 1945. Deze spoorlijn is nu een mooi wandelpad! Naast ons huis staat een geheel vrijstaande en gloednieuw gerenoveerde woning van 2 verdiepingen met genoeg privacy en eigen ingang voor max. 6 pers. Er is gratis parkeerruimte, en een eigen terras in gehele privacy.

Cozy colorful rural furnishings, with all the necessary amenities on over 80m2 with a spacious bedroom. On the terrace, you can enjoy the sun, peace and space. Spacious parking next to your private entrance. For cyclists, there is a lockable bicycle shed where they can be charged, so you can explore the beautiful surroundings well.

It is a former Sunday school, located behind the church of a small village in Drenthe. It is furnished as a fully-fledged guest house and can be rented for a minimum of one weekend, maximum of 3 weeks. It is furnished for two people. It is located directly on the edge of the forest, you can immediately enter a forest from the cottage, with great hiking opportunities, both for the walk around the nearby lake+partner as well as for a sporty walk. The cottage is non-smoking.

Our bungalow is perfect for 2 people in a very beautiful area in Drenthe. Large room, bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor (65 m2). Bed made. Towels and kitchen linens are provided. Located in a bungalow park; all information about the park can be found on the website of "Het Hart van Drenthe". From our cottage, you can walk into the woods for a lovely walk. Bicycles can be safely stored in the shed. We do the cleaning ourselves. There is no TV and no dishwasher (yet).

Our guest house is designed with your comfort in mind, with a box spring bed and a labradoodle chair by the pellet stove. The holiday home is new, realized in September 2020 and has all the comforts. Our holiday home in Drenthe is situated on the outskirts of the village and therefore a unique location as a base for many beautiful trips in beautiful Drenthe. A few steps outside the door and you are in the Valtherbos. Also for the runners, hikers and cyclists and ATB ers among us, there are beautiful routes in the immediate vicinity. On the property is also the owner's house.
