This beautiful vacation home is located on the Hondsrug at the edge of the state forests and is located in a small-scale bungalow park. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with sun all day, but also plenty of shady spots. Within walking distance in the forest is the beautiful swimming lake 't Nije Hemelriek. There are several MTB routes, a golf course and various hiking and biking routes. The house has 2 spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, kitchen, utility room and spacious garden.

This vacation home has recently been completely renovated and is therefore equipped with every comfort. The house has a lovely spacious garden with lots of privacy and parking space. Inside, you can enjoy a warm bath or light the wood stove comfortably. The forest and two natural swimming lakes are less than 10 minutes' walk away, where you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking and swimming. Since the cottage is on a cozy campsite (De Lente van Drenthe), there are many amenities just around the corner.

The studio is equipped with every comfort and is a great base for beautiful cycling and hiking tours, a day of wildlands or shopping in Emmen. There is a private playground right in front of the bungalow for our tenants and a general playground in the park ( 1 minute walk). There is also a pump track track, tennis court, table tennis tables, volleyball, and a large air trampoline available.

The apartment is located between monumental thatched farms in old Valthe, a small esdorp on the Hondsrug, Around Valthe there are forests, fields, heathlands, country lanes, fens, burial hills and dolmens. Many cycling and walking routes run through Valthe which give access to a widespread network through Drenthe and surrounding provinces. 1 child up to 4 years old can stay in the parents' room. On request a crib/cot can be placed.
