As well as a lovely outdoor room with a unique view of Borgholm Castle. The garden is completely private. Here you can enjoy a relaxing existence in a leafy and secluded garden. There are two spacious bedrooms, a fresh bathroom, a cozy sleeping loft, a spacious living room/kitchen with open up in the nock and a lovely outdoor space. Large wooden deck with plenty of room to hang out, eat and sunbathe. There is also a cottage with two beds. Wi/fi available.

The house is located on the charming eastern side of Öland and newly built in 2017 with access to patio and garden. A quiet area with proximity to nature and experience of bird life. Ideal for cycling, and walking. Kårehamn is 7km away with a pleasant bathing beach. A fish shop with restaurant is generally open all weekdays. Köpingsvik is 10km from Mörby with more popular and larger bathing beaches.

In summer, we rent out weekly to up to 12 people, but of course you can also rent here as a couple or small family. Guest house with a quiet family in the countryside on Öland

The guesthouse is about 27m3 And has a sleeping loft that is 16 m3. I am 170 cm tall and you see in the picture that I can stand straight up. The couch is a sofa bed that is 180x75 But if needed we can set up an extra mattress 200x80 We finished building the house in the spring of 2021 and we are proud of the cool details we came up with. We just love the house.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home. Here you live comfortably and can be several families. There is a possibility to increase the accommodation by another five places in apartment buildings on the property. You have access to several bikes that can easily take you to the swimming and shop but also to Borgholm.
