Easy to find and perfectly located near the marina, walkable to bars and restaurants. The underground parking is excellent as the area is very busy. The apartment is accessible by an elevator, so it is easy. The plaice is well equipped. The kitchen has all you need to cook, there's a grill on the balcony where we grilled steaks. Check-in was easy and checkout fine too, handing over the keys, etc. It's the location that makes it mainly. Central but quiet at night, the street outside didn't impact at all. Thanks.

If you want peace and quiet, stunning sea views and clean, bright, well-appointed accommodation, then I recommend this one without so much as a second thought! We enjoyed the terrace area for the view, the apartment's amenities and the possibility of having the car in front. Absolute happiness. Late checkout because we were waiting for the doctor was offered to us. Anne Charlotte is as charming and pleasant as it gets, it was super warm in our hearts for our only day in Grimaud. If there's room this summer, we'll definitely come! Thank you so much.

Laurence and Jean-François are very welcoming and really charming owners, available, discreet and very responsive. The apartment is really superb, very well equipped, tastefully decorated, very good bedding, a very pleasant outdoor terrace...In short, all the ingredients are there to spend a very pleasant stay in Cassis. The only small downside when you are outside is the noise of the road nearby depending on the days and hours, but the inside of the apartment is very well soundproofed. Thank you again to Laurence and Jean-François for their kindness and hospitality. We would definitely recommend this beautiful apartment just a 15 minute walk from the port and the old town. We already miss this place! Quiet but close to the beautiful St Clair beach on foot. Small garden and covered terrace not overlooked. Surrounded by hills, restanques, orange trees and fragrant jasmine...a real paradise. The interior is very clean. Perfect when there's enough sunshine to live outdoors.

Very nice rental with exceptional equipment for the price range (2 independent toilets, air conditioning upstairs, ultra comfortable terrace seats, parking in the shade, super equipped kitchen, XXL storage, state of the art TV...). The place is very new, and everything is spotless. The highway is a 3 min drive, and the city center is a 10 min walk. Finally, the hosts are very responsive. We highly recommend.

We’ve spent 10 days in this cozy apartment, I’m very happy I’ve chosen this accommodation. Corinne kindly greeted us upon our arrival, and we’ve been pleasantly surprised of the spacious, clean, tastefully decorated flat, and two wonderful terraces, barbecue and the kindly prepared bottle of wine in the fridge. 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets which were very convenient for our family of 4. The only downside is maybe the location, be prepared for relatively long drives to reach Cannes and beyond. Returning to this cozy apartment at the end of the day was all worth the drive. Recommend!

We spent 6 days in this amasing villa. All was great and as described in the offer. Didier and his wife are amasing hosts, very helpfull. I would recomend this place to everybody.

Everything was perfect: the accommodation was very nice with all the essentials for a good stay (including a very well-equipped kitchen). Located in a residential area, the house is quiet while being close to shops (less than 5 min walk) and the beach (less than 10 min walk). Geoffroy is very friendly with lots of care for appreciable hosts. I recommend it without hesitating!

Apartment surrounded by greenery and just minutes from the main surrounding attractions. The host was very kind both at check-in and check-out,available and also a great guide to characteristic places to visit. Definitely to try again.

We stayed in the apartment for the second time this year. That speaks for itself. The apartment offers everything you need. What's great is the spacious covered balcony and the view you can enjoy from it, the vue panoramique. We were also completely satisfied with this stay, including the communication with Nathalie. The accommodation offered has been carefully furnished, equipped, and decorated. All desirable amenities are available and of good quality. We were a family (2 parents & 2 small children) and we did not lack anything. The location and the view (on the canals) are remarkable, we loved it. Very nice private garage on site And in addition, Séverine and Patrice are very welcoming, warm, and their useful tips for a pleasant stay. Ideal for visiting this lovely destination of Port Grimaud and the Gulf of Saint-Trope

We just had a weekend with 2 adults and a teenager in April. The studio is perfect for a weekend getaway. Very well located, close to the port and downtown and not far from the beaches on foot. Bright, clean and very well equipped. We highly recommend it.
