Very nice house, beautiful landscape

We had a very nice and cozy stay. The only thing that didn't work was the outdoor lighting, so it got very dark on the terrace at night.

Beautiful and spacious accommodation. Karin was super friendly and welcomed us on arrival and showed us everything, as well as gave tips for activities, as well as tips for activities. It was a lovely day at the place throughout.

We have spent our summer vacation in Shelley’s and Michael’s house and cannot recommend it enough. For us, the house with the beautiful backyard and pool! became a second home for these weeks and we truly enjoyed Kivik and the surroundings very much. It is such a lovey spot with beaches, forests, historic sites and sweet cafés. Shelley had prepared everything to our needs since we traveled with two small kids. It was a true blessing finding stair protection, high chair, cutlery as well as Lego for our older son. Communication between us was effortless and very friendly. Thank you again for all the great preparations for us as well as your flexibility to even extend our stay!

We enjoyed our holidays at Jesper's house. It's exactly as on the photos and Jesper is a great host, responsive and easy to communicate with.

It was an amazing home. We had lots of fun there. The Hot bubble bath / jacuzzi was amazing. We used it every single day of our stay. But it would have been good to know what are the things that we are needed to carry before visiting the place, for example we had to go and buy our own coffee. Overall no complains at all. Infact we have already recommended this place many of our friends and colleagues.

We were very warmly welcomed on our arrival. It looked much nicer than in the photos. Everything built and decorated with a lot of love. Staffan and Mona were very helpful, always available and always very eager to make our vacation as pleasant as possible. The pool was a highlight for the kids. Our son even learned to swim. The sauna was so nice on the cold evening. Staffan had plenty of interesting stories to share. It is very family-friendly with many opportunities to play in the house and in the large garden. We highly recommend staying there. Thank you Staffan and Mona for the wonderful time.

We had a wonderful family vacation in this fantastic vacation home. Marianne and Thomas welcomed us warmly and are the perfect hosts. The amenities of the vacation home were a dream! We didn't miss anything. You really don't find something like this very often. And that we were also allowed to use the swimming pool was a luxury. Many thanks to the hosts for this wonderful week! We can wholeheartedly recommend this house!

The accomodation was great for my family and me. We were 5 people + cat and it never felt cramped or crowded. The kitchen is well-equipped, the working desk + monitor in the living room is amazing for remote working and overall this is a great place for a larger group of people. I can imagine the outdoor terrace to be amazing during summer! The communication was also great and friendly! Things that could be improved: - Adding a shower curtain to the second bathroom, we could only use the second bathroom for showering because we didn't want to make everything wet in the first bathroom

Very hospitable and helpful landlord, a very nice accommodation, the Baltic Sea can be reached in ten minutes by bike and otherwise a very quiet location - really recommended.

It's the second time we rent this home and we are just as happy this time! Very cozy apartment, clean and nice, there is everything you need. Fantastic nice surroundings. Great landlords!

Very nice and helpful host! House with very exciting layout and space for many! Great that bed linens, towels, electricity and heating were included! In the kitchen there was kind of everything, and much of everything: plenty of glasses and crockery, good coffee machines and other kitchen appliances. We have rented many similar houses over the years, and very few reach this level.

Our stay was amazing: great communication from Jonas, plenty of room for the whole family and amazing nature with hiking and biking options around.

This was my "revenge tour" of Ystad. The first time we were here I had broken my foot, so we weren't able to do much. This time we just wanted to relax and enjoy the easy pace of the coastal town. Fredrik and Petra's place was only two blocks from the center of town and four from the train station, so it was easy to find and quick to get back to the train when it was time to leave. Which we hated to do, because we truly enjoyed Ystad and wanted to stay longer! The house was much larger than we expected and had both a living room with a wonderful TV for watching movies, but also a separate living space without a TV but with a sectional sofa which felt so cozy and served as a workspace for checking a few emails. It was nice to have a balcony off the second floor and also a little patio off the kitchen--both great places to enjoy morning coffee. It felt like home to us immediately, and we will gladly stay here again if it's available. Top notch host and accommodations!!

Lovely big house with lots of room for all 10 of us and a dog. One room in house 1 is now with a double bed instead of a bunk bed. The trampoline is huge and was a hit for all children. The ping pong table is a bit defective, some of the plastic fittings were broken. Amazing nature and perfect distance for good walks to the beautiful beach and in the area with large pine trees. Remember to take a trip to Ales Stenar and see the big old stones.

Staying with Vigdis and Peter was pure relaxation - everyone felt very comfortable in the house, garden and the great surroundings! The nice communication and great amenities let us arrive immediately on vacation, thank you very much!!

What a wonderful home where it was just about everything , nothing was missing. Also included bikes that we used down to the village . Since it was early spring , we burned in the fireplace in the evening which elevated the comfort . Luxurious garden with flowers to behold . Beautiful bird song that was like a concert. Close to forest if you want to exercise . We highly recommend this home.

Great place to be close to the beach with two families (or grandparents). Everything you need to endure one or two rainy days. And the small self service supermarket around the corner has the essentials in stock. A great place and a very warm welcome (with Swedish chocolate cake). Thanks, Jane and Quan!

Our expectations for Annika's place were absolutely met. Super furnished, spacious and clean. The key exchange and all communication was extremely friendly and straightforward. We recommend Annika's apartment without hesitation.

Freeed Christmas with family in the cozy house between the fields. Kristin was very nice as a host and helped with everything that was desired. Would recommend

A beautifully quiet cottage in a great environment to unwind and learn again or get away a lot... There are no TV, no radio or wifi ... But that was exactly our idea of tranquility and defrauding... There are large meadows, fields and forests around a large mostly ingrown garden ! A basketball hoop, Wickinger chess and a cozy , lovingly submitted house with everything you need for a relaxing vacation... We were there for the second year this year and would come back again and again ♥️

This was our second time in Deetje's beautiful house and it was a fantastic week again - a real hideaway. We especially love the unique location and the nice and cozy decor. We would love to come back!
