Ludovic’s place was fantastic. It was even better than the pictures. Very spacious, clean, comfortable, and tastefully done. Having a private parking space was especially nice. And you’re right beside the medieval part of the city. Ludovic was very responsive, courteous and kind. If we return to Sarlat, we would want to stay there again.

We really enjoyed meeting Ysabelle and Philippe. The apartment had everything that we needed or wanted and the location was quite convenient. We hope to visit again, and would love to have them visit us in the U.S.

The accommodation corresponds to the description and is very pleasant. It is ideally located and convenient for a short stay in Périgueux. Amaury and his wife are very responsive and accommodating. I recommend it.

Beautifully decorated,functional and very well equipped apartment. The heating was on when we arrived which is very nice at this time. The bedding is of excellent quality and the apartment is 15 minutes from the city center on foot . Matthieu answers any questions straight away. A property to remember!

One of the best rental properties we have ever used for all sorts of reasons. Nicola was an excellent host who was always very responsive and helpful. The house is set away from a tiny village in a quiet part of the region but this was perfect for us. Lots of space for our two children to play in. The property has been appointed beautifully. I would not hesitate returning.

Stay Great! Very nice, we were 2 couples with each 2 children, all the necessary amenities were available with a spotless and spacious kitchen. we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Fantastic property in a great location. We loved how private it felt whilst still only being a short hop to breath taking locations. The pool is outstanding and everything is clean and catered for. If you want to visit a beautiful place, receive a wonderful warm welcome and be sad to leave then this is the place for you!

Spacious and comfortable house. A sleek decoration that allows you to have plenty of space to settle in with our own belongings. The garden is nice big enough to play ball outside, swing etc etc. Host welcoming and responsive to any request.

Lovely home in close proximity to the town. Enclosed back garden was great for our small dog. House very well equipped with modern air conditioning systems. Nice south facing area at the front to sit and enjoy the sun. Overall would absolutely recommend. Particularly noted that this home is designed to facilitate people with mobility challenges with accessible bathroom and toilet etc - all on one level.

Absolutely beautiful property in such a beautiful peaceful location. Although the building was traditional the inside was so modern large and well equipped. Stephane very good to respond to messages. Flexible check in, our flight was delayed but he was there for our late check in. The outside space was gorgeous. Lovely clean pool. Would definitely recommend this property

Anne’s place is absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect, and the space is incredibly comfortable and private. Anne and her family are exceptionally kind and generous with their time, making me feel truly welcome—like part of the family. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Angoulême!

Sylvie's place was perfect for our stay. There is nothing missing in the house and Sylvie even thought of the little ones by offering us a baby bath and dishes suitable for infants (not including the crib and high chair). The accommodation is very clean. It was a pleasant stay in this quiet house. Sylvie takes care to welcome families and it's easy to communicate with her. We'll be happy to go back to Sylvie's place.

A beautiful apartment with a good bed. It was wonderfully warm. When we came in. apartment is a max 5 min walk to the center downtown. Highly recommended for those who want to explore and experience Sarlat on foot experience. We came especially for the truffle festival and have enjoyed it!

A perfect position, a few minutes walk from the historic centre, and easy to come and go from. The home was comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. We did not meet our hosts, but they were very helpful in sending recommendations for sites and restaurants in the area and very quick to respond to our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this place as a perfect base for a stay in the Dordogne area.

This is the best place to stay in Périgueux! This is a fantastic, beautifully furnished and decorated 2br flat with a fantastic, friendly and warm host! Super responsive to anything I needed while I was there. The kitchen is set up well for cooking, which is great because there are several excellent markets, grocers and specialty food stores within walking distance. The building also has an elevator, which is honestly quite a relief for your feet after a long day of shopping and sightseeing. The location just can’t be beat. It is walking distance (literally 50m) to the medieval town center. Parking right outside the flat is amazingly easy outside of work hours - but there is also an underground lot a few meters away. This is the best place to stay in Périgueux! I highly recommend staying here!

Had a wonderful stay, within walking distance of Sarlat. Clean comfortable and well equipped apartment, maggie always on hand for information. All English channels on TV. Lovely small balcony to have breakfast, which smelt beautifully from the jasmine, Wine in the fridge on arrival very much appreciated. All in all a fab apartment which I would recommend.

Nothing to say, we could come back for much longer

Very nice apartment, in a beautiful castle. The view overlooks a park, no perceptible noises apart from nature. It is also well isolated, we did not hear the neighbors of the stay. It is conveniently located, less than 2 minutes from the first shops. Thank you for this trip!
