In a converted barn on the border between the departments of Charente Maritime and Gironde is our cozy studio. The studio is equipped with all the comforts for two people. There is a double bed, wardrobe, two comfortable seats, a kitchenette with gas stove, dining table and a bathroom with shower. For cold days, there is a fireplace. There is WiFi, and you can park your car with us. And outside is your own terrace with table and chairs for that croissant in the sun!

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

This winegrower's house, built at the beginning of the 20th century, has been renovated by combining tradition and modernity to welcome you in a peaceful atmosphere full of charm. The Manoir de l 'Esconge, called "Conservatoire du Patrimoine" is in the tourist village of Bourg, facing the citadel and close to shops. It offers exceptional views of the Dordogne valley from the upstairs windows and the large wooded park, especially during the sunsets over the estuary. Its exclusive and unobstructed pool is secure. The manor has large rooms whose old decoration gives the place a certain outdated charm.

The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne.
