We stayed at Eleanor's place for two nights but would have happily stayed longer. It's a great place to unwind and relax and had everything we needed. There are lots and lots of nice walking options nearby and Sidmouth is just a short drive away. Can only recommend!

We booked this lovely house on the edge of Sidmouth as a base for visiting family. It was perfect, lovely and modern with lots of space downstairs and very comfortable bedrooms upstairs. We found it convenient for driving into Sidmouth for the shops, restaurants and beach plus accessible for our family further inland. It was very clean and everything in good order, very helpful instructions for using the hob and opening windows etc. lots of child friendly touches - our kids are older so we didn’t need the baby things but the nightlight and books/toys were welcome. I loved the decor and style of the house and the garden. We had a lovely trip and will hopefully stay here again.

Myself, my husband and our 10yr old son had a lovely couple of nights at Otter Holt. I love the layout of the house, with kitchen and living room as you enter the property and the bedrooms and bathroom downstairs. Everything was spotless and clean. Everything you need for a holiday home. Milk and bread etc when we arrived. Large fridge/freezer which I always appreciate. Heating worked fine, and lovely cozy duvets on the beds. The views from all back windows and doors are stunning. Looking out onto the river and fields. Such a quiet peaceful area with quiet neighbours in the close. We would absolutely stay here again, perhaps in the summer to enjoy the countryside more. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay!

Tanya was fast at responding, very helpful and kind. I felt right at home and welcomed. Tanya was always happy to help when I had a question / needed assistance. The Airbnb was clean, as described. The area is lovely and peaceful and the roads are relatively quiet.
