Gunther’s Cottage -Nostalgic,Historic,downtown

The restoration and preservation of this unique Airbnb is finished! One of the oldest surviving structures in the area. It was a “Tin Shop & Stoves” store in the late 1800’s since then it has been a General Store and private residence. It is now a private Airbnb cottage where you can stay with all the comforts of a “couple’s retreat” along with a candy shop/store just for guests to experience the nostalgia of interacting with a historic General Store.

Walk out of your private entrance to beautiful views of Lake Two. Your suite includes a bedroom with king bed, living room with gas fireplace, and bath with shower. Second floor apartment with private entrance and enclosed front porch. This apartment was remodeled in July 2020 and features one bedroom, one bathroom, washer/dryer, kitchen and living room. The couch in living room pulls out into a full size memory foam bed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need for your stay. There are two large closets for storage. This space is the perfect size for a couple.
