We live in a newly refurbished house in a no through road location in Ashford. It has a brand new kitchen and is light and bright with a few quirks. we live with a boundless Samoyed dog called Ted who is very friendly. Our house is a five minute walk to Ashford outlet and a 15 minute walk to Ashford international station and the euro tunnel. Only 37 mins travel time to London. We are also close to 24hr Asda and a couple of local shops for everything you may need on your stay
“When I am working away from home, I have stayed at Kate's a few times, because I want somewhere that is clean, comfortable and friendly. This is the place. See you again soon Kate”
New property in 2019. “Absolutely loved this quirky, authentic, cute and cosy little Shepherd’s hut! It was so beautiful. It exceeded our expectations for sure. We were unsure if it would be cold and a little rickety in the hut with the storm and wind but we barely heard a thing and the hut itself was solid. The breakfast hamper was a really lovely touch! Everything was really accessible, nothing was too much trouble and the hosts went the extra mile to provide for us, for our comfort and that of our little boy! That really meant a lot :) Thank you so much for being such great hosts, will highly recommend and be back for sure! 5 star service *****”
Stay in the Artist's Barn! Set in a beautiful garden in the charming village of Wye, the Barn is a delightful place to spend the night and escape from the world. It's a unique experience, filled with lovely paintings, porcelain cows, a miniature doll's house, and all sorts of unexpected delights. An ideal way to experience life in an English village, or explore the countryside of East Kent, and the nearby sights of Canterbury and Dover.
“A beautiful place to stay, the barn is very intimate with beautiful artwork everywhere. There is a lovely garden behind the barn which would be perfect for a summers day. Highly recommended place to stay. In terms of location, its very central in Wye and close to the train station if you are wanting to travel outside of the town.”
