Within walking distance there are museums (including the Kunsthal), the Erasmus Bridge, the Euromastpark, the famous Wittedewithstraat and numerous nice restaurants. Easily accessible by public transportation. The metro stations (Leuvehaven and Eendrachtsplein) are nearby. There is one private car park (closed by an electric fence). This location is very suitable for a few days to experience the real Rotterdam.

In summer it makes for a terrific spot to swim and lounge in the sun. In winter taking a refreshing plunge in the river after using our Finnish Sauna is highly recommended. Free coffee from fully automatic coffee machine as extra service. The vast majority of the electricity you use is generated sustainably with roof solar panels. the house is air-conditioned.

Set in a cosy village, which has a small beach 5 minutes walk away, 2 windmills, 5 eateries within 1 km from the house, and cycling paths everywhere. The house is able to accommodate maximum 4 adults and up to 3 children. Our neighbourhood rules limit the amount of adults we can host, so this house cannot host more than four adults.
