You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

You will have your own entrance to the apartment. From the bedroom entrance to the TV room/kitchenette with the possibility of sleeping 2 people on the sofa bed. From the TV room, there is access to a private bathroom/toilet. There will be the opportunity to store things in a refrigerator with a small freezer. There is an electric kettle so you can make coffee and tea. In the kitchenette, there is 1 mobile hot plate and 2 small pots as well as 1 oven No frying in the room. Cold drinks can be purchased for DKK 5 and wine for DKK 35. Pay in cash or MobilePay.

Practical information: ✔ A bathroom, toilet, kitchenette, refrigerator, and washing machine are located in the main building, about 60 metres from the cabin, and are shared with a few other guests. ✔ There are convenient parking options nearby. A peaceful place for those who want to go hiking, take a break from everyday life, or experience the nature around Grejsdalen.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Here you live completely undisturbed and alone. The tent is located deep in the forest, so there is a nice, though very hilly road up there. If you have difficulty walking, this trip will not be to your liking. From the parking of your car and up to the tent, it is 350 meters. A great little oasis close to the City of Vejle (5km) and LEGOLAND, Lalandia and Billund Airport (20 min. from house). Shopping 2 min away up the street. Please note: Two cats live in the house, they are very friendly and social.

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.

Old power plant in the river - close to downtown

The old power plant from 1860 is located in the middle of a river surrounded by forest and slopes and beautiful hiking trails. Vejle city center is within walking distance and you will find lots of attractions within a short driving distance. The house is divided into two open floors with terraces over the river from where it is possible to do fishing. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful and from the conservatory you can view the bird life in and around the river all year.

Alt i nær afstand af hytten. Her kan man for alvor få ladet batterierne op. Parkering er 500 meter fra hytten på p-plads. Ved hytten findes der en bagagevogn som kan benyttes.
