Lovely apartment in the old Bremen house - cleaned to standard

Meine Wohnung im Geteviertel ist 125 qm groß über 2 Etagen im Hochparterre und Souterrain eines typischen Altbremer Hauses. Das Gästeschlafzimmer (1,60 m Bett) liegt im ruhigen Souterrain zum Garten mit kl. Terrasse. Hier befindet sich auch ein Duschbad. Im oberen Bereich liegen Wohnzimmer mit TV, Küche und Esszimmer mit oberer Terrasse zum Garten mit altem Baumbestand. Das Gäste-WC kann mitbenutzt werden. Bäcker, Obstladen, Netto, Bus- und Bahnstation (8 min. zum Hbf.) sind 400 m entfernt.

"Dien Uttied" steht für die besondere Auszeit in der Natur, fernab von Alltagsstress und Stadtlärm. In unserem urgemütlichen und gleichzeitig sehr gehobenen Tiny House/Bauwagen, könnt ihr abschalten und Eure Auszeit genießen! Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

Unsere Gäste haben die obere Etage mit 90 qm für sich allein. Über eine kleine zweite Haustür gelangt man nach oben. Es gibt dort eine Wohnküche mit einem Einzelbett, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit 160 cm Doppelbett, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit 140 cm Doppelbett, das Kaminzimmer, einen kleinen Balkon und ein Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Im EG wohne ich mit meinem Freund und unseren 3 KATZEN, ich kann nicht ausschließen, dass die 3 Fellbewohner Euch mal besuchen, falls ihr die Tür offen habt.

Enjoy a stay in the former home of the painters Fritz and Hermine Overbeck in a modernly furnished 2-room apartment in a friendly and lively multi-generational house with its own terrace and garden access. The 100 m² apartment, in a listed building, with a large terrace, in the Mediterranean garden, is located in the idyllic Knoops Park. Walks to the nearby river are a natural fit and an ideal starting point for bike tours. The maritime Vegesack with its historic harbor, like the city center of Bremen, are accessible by public transport. Bus stop 100 m, train station 850 m away.

Idyllic country house apartment

We converted an apartment in our country house into a vacation home. We rent two rooms in a separate apartment with a combined kitchen and living room and a bathroom. In addition, there is a flowering garden with a pond and many enchanted corners. On the terrace there is a fire pit. One room has a large double bed and two single beds, the other has 2 beds. The spacious kitchen-living area invites you to spend sociable hours. All rooms are spacious.

Dat lütte Moorhus

Overnight stay on the alpaca pasture! We would like to invite you to relax with us in the Moorhus, to spend the night and enjoy the peace and quiet. The small trailer has a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed for 2 people and a separate bathroom including a shower with hot water. You can enjoy your breakfast on the outdoor terrace and relax by the campfire in the evening. The area is especially popular with cyclists, canoeists and hikers.

Paradise in Ammerland

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.
