Lovely house in a quiet part of town. Lovely and warm and nicely laid out. Comfy beds. Perfect for a long weekend visiting Koksijde.

A wonderful stay to relax with friends or family. The neighborhood was lovely and restful. The bus stop is less than 10 minutes walk, so going to the city center was super easy. There is a Colruyt nearby that was also quickly and easily accessible by car. Arrived and checked out with no problems. Everything we needed was in this stay. Alexandre is a friendly host who responds right away. Definitely recommended!!

This holiday home is ideally located: quiet and yet within walking distance of the dike. You can already find what you need in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms There is a very nice garden around the house with several terraces and garden furniture, even more beautiful than in the photos We enjoyed our stay with daughter and grandchildren.

Our family (including two boys of 7 and 2) enjoyed a really lovely stay at the aquavilla. The location is in a beautiful peaceful setting in a small private marina style setting. Very friendly host who thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Recommended for a getaway and easy to drive to attractions in south netherlands.

A great little place to stay.

We had a very nice stay in a nice, quiet place on the water. The cottage is located on a beautiful park that is equipped with all comforts. Check-in and check-out were very easy! The listing was a little unclear about the final cost and the deposit is very on the high side. Although it was not entirely clear, Diana helped me as well as possible and the cottage fully met our expectations!

Nice area and really big house. Was really quick walk into town and to train station. The only thing I would say was the water wasn’t very hot when showering, but other than that he was really responsive and I think it was a good price too!

A beautiful house on a great location! The garden is large and completely fenced. Plenty to do in the area and by bike you can reach the beach in no time. We really enjoyed our vacation here!

Philippe was an extremely welcoming and accommodating host: he allowed us to arrive and leave at a time that suited us. He gave us many tips for us to have a wonderful stay. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped. There was everything you need to host a large group like ours. Some amenities show signs of aging but we explained everything to Philippe and he will take care of it. The garden was large, well flowered and fully fenced which was perfect for our dogs. We had a lovely weekend at Philippe's and, apart from the price that seemed excessive, we have nothing to reproach this accommodation.

Although we didn't meet Jonathan in person, we felt 100% well taken care of by him. Quick answers to our questions , quick help with small issues, and very emphatic. Thank you! The house is very spacious and very good to live with children.

Enjoyed ever single minute in this beautiful house. It is located just 20 minutes from Antwerpen historical town in a really private and beautiful community. Great place to rent in the area, especially suitable for a family or two. We truly enjoyed our stay! Johan’s semi-detached house indeed has everything you might need: a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, a driveway for multiple cars, a meticulously maintained yard, and even a conveniently located garbage disposal area just 250m down the road. It’s also a pleasant walk to the beach, with shops nearby for groceries and fresh bread. The host is remarkably organized, providing a very comprehensive printed manual outlining every imaginable detail you might (or might not) need - including exactly how to arrange used sheets, towels, windows, shutters, and even the precise state of the umbrella - ensuring you leave fully confident you’ve met all expectations. The neighbor is also cheerful, attentive and observant, always keeping a close eye on the driveway, adding an extra layer of security and making this Airbnb experience truly unforgettable. A genuine pleasure, fully recommended!

Everything was amazing!

What a nice location to spend a long weekend with our children and grandchildren (13 total). Everything is available, great kitchen with ditto equipment, nice spacious living room , lovely beds and comfortable bathrooms. Pool was a party for everyone. Next year again!!

Everything was exactly as expected. The house is more than well equiped, it has everything you can think of which you need for a relaxed holiday.

The house is very nice, walk, pool and small beach nearby. Apart from a fairly limited small grocery store, the shops are far away.

We spent a weekend away with our full football team and this house was perfect! Spacious enough for everyone, with plenty of privacy – you hardly heard each other, even though we were many. The interior is beautiful and well cared for, and there was plenty to entertain us. Everyone was enthusiastic and enjoyed. Highly recommended for large groups!

We really enjoyed staying with Bart and Sandie. The house has a very beautiful garden with swimming pond (some of us have ventured the dive!). Bart and Sandie are very accessible, friendly host and hostess!

Lovely property within easy reach of Bruges. Also don’t miss out on Damme which we discovered too late but has lots of restaurants and is very close.
