Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Brighton, Brighton and Hove

It was for a weekend team up, the property was as clean and beautiful as shown in the picture. The beds were comfy, and nice ope area for our pets. Despite it sit on the main road but the bedrooms were on the garden side which means we can have good sleep. The property seems being renovated recently, spotless clean, will recommend

We had the greatest girls weekend at the Funky house! The house is super quirky, with everything you need for a a fun stay. Would definitely recommend this place! The house itself was spotless, and the hot tub was a great bonus! The hosts were so friendly and responsive, we felt right at home. We will be sure to visit again!

Such a beautiful place, our family loved the tree house, the lake and the boats. The wildlife were amazingly tame. Katherine and Alex were great friendly and communicative hosts. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely time at Sue’s place. We came on the train - so no car. For us it was a 10-15 minute walk from the station, all very easy. The place is beautiful, a lot of character. Plenty of space for everything you’ll bring. Hot tub was a great addition which we loved using most of the nights we were there. Thanks!

Lucy was immensely helpful and flexible before, during and after our stay which made for a really fuss-free holiday! She really went above and beyond to make life easy for us. the house is great for a group / large family and we really enjoyed playing games in the garden and using the hot tub. Lovely experience!

Went for the hot tub and sauna after the hike, working very well and quiet neighbourhood.

The stay was just lovely!:) Exactly as pictured. We went there to celebrate birthday and did a lovely BBQ&Drinks. Everything we needed was there for us to use:) Hot tub was clean, warm and relaxing. I could stay there all night watching the stars. Alexia gave us fresh orange juice, milk and home made load of bread for the morning! Never been anywhere with such a thoughtful host!:) It was very well equipped, kitchen had everything possible, fresh towels and robes, even the body wash etc in the bathroom was a quality brand:) so many board games available aswell and next time I’m gonna buy a mattress I’m gonna buy the one that was in the cabin! So comfy! Overall 11/10 experience, it was very pleasant.

My partner and I stayed here 14th-17th April 2025. We wanted to get away for a few days, somewhere quiet and secluded where we could relax and recharge. And the place did just that. Beautiful surroundings. Frankie and Jonathan were very lovely, welcoming and friendly, always on hand should we have needed them. Even had to ask if they had paracetamol one evening, and they brought it over for us, thank you. The cabin itself was gorgeous, and the hot tub was divine, and they had it ready for us every evening. Everything was catered for, tea, coffee, cereals etc. We will definitely be coming back for if you’ll have us. 10/10.

Beautiful spacious lodge with great amenities, 8 minute drive to the beach front. We had a little problem with lots of ants inside and there were two ant colonies on the grass by the hot tub. The en suite shower was also very slow and had little power. The whole lodge was gorgeous and clean inside, the bed sheets smelt amazing! Overall really happy and would come back! Highly recommend 😊

The cabin was a lovely place to take a trip away. Adam and Vicky were very helpful before we arrived and when we got there, as well as leaving lots of helpful information in the cabin. Great place to stay

lovely place to stay on a live working farm, all animals are amazing kids and our selves will miss them! hot tub was one of the best we have been in held the heat really well. views from the place are amazing host and family are lovely people too. definitely will be coming back

We had the most amazing stay at the cabin! The location is absolutely stunning — tucked away on a peaceful farm, completely secluded and surrounded by nature. The cabin is super cosy and really well thought out, with loads of lovely touches like marshmallows for the fire, and plenty of logs and firelighters provided. There’s no indoor shower, but the outdoor bath more than makes up for it — the water gets really warm and it's such a relaxing experience. The area is perfect for walking and trail running, with beautiful routes right from the doorstep. There's also a great little pub about 20 minutes away on foot. Edd was a fantastic host — communication was spot on, and his instructions were clear and detailed. We absolutely loved our stay, would 100% come back, and have already recommended it to friends and family!

Just got back from a really special few days at Choller Farm and honestly we couldn’t fault the place. The photos don’t do it justice - the whole setting is stunning. The accommodation was spotless, beautifully done and really comfortable. The hot tub was perfect and the fishing was amazing - we caught over 20 fish and had so much fun. My boyfriend proposed while we were there and Jack went above and beyond to help make it all happen. He was so kind and helpful in getting everything just right. We’re so grateful for the experience. Can’t recommend Choller Farm enough.
