Nice place, good base right in the centre of Brighton. We stayed for a night and it ticked all the boxes as a jump off point to the various tourist attractions!

Lovely views over the Marina, and worth paying extra for the hot tub (although I have asked for instructions to be left for future holidayers). About a half hour walk from the pier/arcades and 'central' Brighton. Very clear instructions for check in, Robert even filmed a video to show how to collect the keys and enter the apartment. I have also asked Robert to amend the listing as two parking spaces are no longer available so my friend had to find parking elsewhere (we only found this out about a week before). I would recommend this apartment, a part if Brighton I hadn't explored before. Easily suited six of us. Would come again. Thank you.

This was my second stay at the Little Gem, it's now my favourite place to stay when I visit family in Kemptown. This time was even better than the first, as Joanne had so kindly provided the firmer pillows I prefer! This responsiveness, along with such thoughtful extras as biscuits and cereals, helped to make my stay comfortable and welcoming, like a very clean and uncluttered home-from-home!

Had a great stay here at Deans. Had some miscommunication issues and instructions in the beginning that didn’t match so that’s something that could be worked on to enable a more stress free checkin and settle in, especially if someone’s travelled very far like I had. Apart from that, the location is great, super quiet, grocery store not too far away walking distance, and a super short walk to the sea. Very cosy and Dean had provided many comforts and details that once you’re settled, make the stay super comfortable. Would recommend/stay again. Thanks Dean!

Great place to stay. Everything you need for day to day living, all very clean. Check in was easy, staff very friendly & resonsive. Excellent location with everything on your doorstep

We only stayed two nights here but it was everything we needed. The flat is just by the beach and walkable to all the restaurants and shops. It was clean, free of clutter and modern. We had our dog and toddler, and we all had a very comfortable stay. Also maybe a small thing but most of the previous Airbnbs we have stayed in Worthing usually had issues with their showers (shower pressure), this place has a shower like in a five star hotel! Next time we need to come to Worthing we will definitely use it again.

This was my first time in Brighton, I came to see a show with 3 others and stayed one night. I can't say Brighton is definitely a place I would visit again but if I did I would love to stay in the apartment. when I walked in the main downstairs door I was a bit sceptical as there were things lying over the floor and the main outside door was open. the apartment it's self was brilliant, lovely and clean, spacious and had everything we needed and more. we only stayed one night but I would of been happy to of stayed longer. the windows are a little thin but it's an older building and I noticed most of the buildings in the area are the same. there was plenty of spare bedding (not that we used it), the heating and water were lovely, beds were comfy and definitely worth the price.

Spotless, we only used for one night as we were at a tennis tournament. We checked in early evening and left in the morning. It was perfect, and we felt that we could have stayed longer with the size and amenities. host was responsive which was great. Lovely clean space. Very impressed.
