Excellent! We celebrated Easter there and the home was perfect! The downstairs bedroom and bathroom right next door was perfect for my 82 year old mom! When I tell you our family felt at home is an understatement. The home was so welcoming and comfortable! So fresh and clean! Fully stocked kitchen, I bought so many of my own items to use just in case but I didn't need to. They literally had everything! Beds were so comfortable and plenty of towels! Nice fenced in backyard for our little Cockapoo. The two livingrooms perfect spacing for young and older individuals to enjoy themselves. Excellent communication before, during, and after our stay! We will definitely look to stay there in the future, my son has at least 2 more years left at RIT. Thank you for making our Easter weekend Perfect!

This was our third time staying and we highly recommend. What we like is how there are two bedrooms on the first floor, making it ideal for elderly parents. There are also two small beds upstairs, but we didn’t utilize that. Brenda is very communicative and kind - leaving desired breakfast items and even snacks and water for use. The house is well equipped with all sorts of things if you wanted to cook all your meals there. We would come again.

If there was a way to leave a review rating HIGHER than 5 stars, we would!! So quiet, clean, and comfortable. Love property and our second time to stay here. Always so wonderful!!

There were a group of us (7 total) everyone had their own space and there was plenty of room. Also ample off street parking.

We spent the week of Thanksgiving at Noel’s place. It was super clean and comfortable. I enjoyed walking to the lake and watching the GIANT squirrels in the backyard. The Wi-Fi was out when we visited, but Noel took care of us! Can’t wait to return in the summer!

Deborah’s home was clean and check in was simple & easy. Beds were comfortable and we walked the trail behind the house which led to the canal. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit the area.

This was the perfect place for us for a 4 night stay for the Eastern Zone’s swim meet. The location was perfect, less than 10 minutes from the aquatics center and restaurants but super quiet and peaceful. The house had everything we needed for a short trip, such as fresh linens and a washer and dryer - which were necessary for the swimmer. With bedrooms up and down, we were able to create quiet and cozy spaces for rest. If we had more time, or it was a bit drier, it would have been great to explore the local trails and backyard. Everything was as described - we would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Dwight's property was great in every way. The neighborhood was quiet, the property had all the necessary amenities and a few extra touches that made you feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay again if I am ever in the area. Jen Rubin Deltona, FL

We loved the apartment. It was perfect for 3 people, and very close to the Eastman School of Music and downtown Rochester. The neighborhood is nice and several restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were very easy and the host is very responsive. We would stay again, if the opportunity arises.

Suzanne was an extremely friendly host. Very responsive to messages on our arrival time. Very spacious unit and nicely decorated. Self controlled temperature was a bonus. Super comfy king size bed. Lots of electrical outlets for charging. Full size frig and freezer with a nice selection of coffees. The shower was very powerful. A short walk into the Pittsford village to the Dairy and Pub. The grounds were immaculate and well maintained. Security lights lit the pathway in the evening. The patio would have been nice if the weather cooperated and we had more time to spend at the unit. Would definitely stay here again on any future trips to the Rochester/Pittsford area. Thank you!!!!

An out-of-town friend and I stayed at the Mill for two nights and we could not have been happier with the accommodation. First and foremost, Joan is an amazing host. She is thoughtful, respectful of your privacy, but always available to answer questions. She lives on the lower level of the beautiful old Mill and happily showed us her home. Second, the rental apartment on the upper level was incredible. It is filled with history, charming decor and picturesque views. Everything about the apartment invites you to relax, unwind, forget your worries and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. My friend was in town to say good-bye to an old friend who is very ill, and she said that the stay at the Mill was a gift that helped her to put that sadness in perspective. Thank you so much Joan for providing such a lovely apartment to rent.

We had a fun and relaxing week here. The location is great, with a lot of restaurants, museums and galleries within walking distance. I was working some days and there is a cozy desk spot set up that made that easy. We also cooked a good bit, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

This was our favorite place so far in Swillburg and South Wedge. Quiet Street. Great parking. SO close to amenities! and a very nice, clean atmosphere inside. We hope to stay here again as we visit the area frequently.

Laura's basement apartment was a treat. It's everything a guest could ask for: clean, excellent location, well-appointed. It had even had some snacks!

Julie’s place was absolutely wonderful – very clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated. It felt like home right away. Julie is incredibly friendly and helpful. I’d love to stay here again anytime!

Ruht is such a gem of a host. She made sure that guest are taken care of every single day. Her place was quiet and peaceful which I was looking for. The indoor plants are another understatement. Its like tropical area inside. I will definitely stay again.

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay at William’s place in downtown Rochester. We were in town for business at the Convention Center making William’s place walkable. The listing was very accurate and our host was accommodating and responsive to messaging.

This space is truly a great find in great neighborhood near the University of Rochester. We had booked this property for 4 months through the winter. Having use of the garage was a great bonus. No scraping! Neighborhood is very walkable and several good restaurants are nearby. Elizabeth was an excellent host. She was very communicative and accommodating. You can't go wrong booking this lovely property.

This was my second stay at this location and it was even better than the first time. My husband, who usually insists on a hotel and has never before used Airbnb, was pleasantly surprised. He loved it. The peaceful, quiet setting and two-floor design make for a very comfortable stay.
