Cosy rustic rural house near coast

EleanorRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Sally's house was a perfect place to stay for a new years Eve getaway with friends. Plenty of space, beautiful area and super helpful instructions. The house felt so homely and the log fire and cosy duvets were lovely for this time of year. Hope we can visit again!

Was constantly amazed by the creativity and ingenuity of making a small and quirky place into a space you can actually live in. Amazing! The surrounding area was incredible for walking and we had a wonderful time.

Delightful secluded Shepherds' hut in Berriew

EmmaRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Lovely and. Cosy, clean and peaceful. We had a lovely time . Running late on arrival and host going out at 6:15pm, so this did panic me as I was afraid we would have to sleep in the car all night. Only airbnb I’ve gone to that doesn’t allow a lock box or anytime check in. That aside had a lovely time and the bacon and sausages were a real treat . Thank you

Astronomer Shepherd's hut

SachinRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a truly lovely stay at this eco shepherd’s hut. The setting was wonderfully private, with stunning views that were only made better by the gorgeous weather during our visit. With clear skies, we were able to enjoy breathtaking stargazing both from the hot tub and even through the skylight inside the hut—a magical experience. The hut itself was thoughtfully designed, blending comfort with a strong eco-conscious ethos. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and the peaceful surroundings made it feel like a real retreat from everyday life. Our only small critique would be the kitchen sink, which was quite tiny, making washing up a bit of a challenge. Given that much of the interior is wooden, extra care is needed with water spills, but this is only a minor point in what was otherwise a fantastic stay. Overall, a beautiful and unique escape—highly recommended for those looking for privacy, nature, and a touch of luxury in an eco-friendly setting!

Horse Box - Glamping with a view!

DaiRating, 5 stars6 months ago
We booked Pryderi somewhat last minute (with just a couple of weeks notice) after having to cancel our original accommodation. The host was very responsive when I had a query prior to booking and the booking process was smooth. The photos don't do the views justice - you can see the sea from the front patio doors across the fields. We initially couldn't get the hot water working with the shower but this was resolved straight away! From Pryderi, we were able to explore Snowdonia and the local beaches (Traeth Nefyn is definitley recommended as a sandy dog friendly beach not far away). Fortunately, we had a clear sky on the last night so we had a fire going outside in the fireplace whilst looking at the clear night sky. We would definitley stay again!

Memorable Gulfstream experience at Breakish Horse

Sarah-JaneRating, 5 stars6 months ago
To the UK traveller used to campervans this RV is enormous! I was concerned that the shower might be a bit small but it's just the hot water tank that is smaller than a house one (completely understandably!). The shower room is compact but it's a normal proper shower room with a cubicle, not a wet room, and a really good shower. The kitchen is well equipped, although the mini oven and hobs are somewhat gentle on the heat. The RV is both easily heated and cooled. The bed is really comfy. WiFi is strong. It's a novelty for sure and retains a vintage feel. It's not something we get in the UK usually and well worth the experience. Good parking, easy to find thanks to the horse. It is on a main road which is very convenient but might be slightly noisy if you were expecting isolated quiet. Ear plugs were available and a good selection of toiletries, snacks and drinks. It is hard to lock but instructions are provided and in all honesty it's probably completely safe to leave it open anyway.

Boutique Airstream Glamping (aircon & heating!)

JamesRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Could not have asked for anything more from our short stay away. Alison was extremely welcoming, helpful and efficient and made arrival and departure very flexible. The Airstream itself was spacious and spotlessly clean with soft linen and a very comfortable bed. Aside from the accommodation and hospitality, the surroundings were absolutely stunning and probably the most enjoyable part of the stay. Located on a private estate in the Coln Valley, the Airstream sits on an elevated hill amongst wildlife, beautiful ancient trees and a peaceful natural environment. At night, the stargazing and skywatching were amongst the best I've ever experienced. A true gem of a stay for all of the reasons above and more. Very easy to find and will definitely be returning for another visit.

The Snail, Retro 1964 Eriba Puck Caravan

GeorgiaRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Great novelty stay in the Brecons- peaceful, calm and of course in an area of outstanding beauty. Something we’ve never done before! We were grateful for the car to get around places but the Snail is only 10mins away from Brecon itself and half an hour from some of the most popular walks. Does get very chilly at night (we stayed in October) but if you come prepared with duvets etc it’s not a problem.

The Coombe. Coastal 2 bed caravan-close to beach

JayeshRating, 5 stars6 months ago
It is a great place to stay , very calm and quiet area. There is a nice lake and beaches nearby , those were really surreal. Aidan was patiently waiting for us in late night as we could reach there to checkin by 11 pm in the night. Aidan was always helpful , and he provided us advise on the local attractions, nearby Pub and restaurant, etc. I will be definitely visiting again , also will recommend to my friend's in Ireland.

Old Library Bus - Coastal Valley Camp and Crafts

LouisRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Cosy old library bus at a lovely campsite. A touch of glamping. Ideal for a couple of 2. With kids, an additional tent is advisable. Everyone is so nice at the campsite, from the hosts to the other visitors staying there. Walking to the beach is possible, but we would advise to take the car. There are some many beaches in the area that are really worth visiting. Really enjoyed our week here!
