Monthly Rentals in Broad Oak

we stayed with family and friends for the Easter weekend. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Christine welcomed us at the house and showed us around so we knew how everything worked. The house is a lovely space and exactly as described and shown in the pictures. we had a lot of fun. all of the kitchen essentials are provided and so much more. we would love to stay here again.

The barn accommodation was really spacious and cosy - it felt very homely and the kitchen was a great feature. The shower’s water pressure was quite low but this is a small detail. The surrounding grounds and gardens were really beautiful and the location is perfect to visit the Rye and Hastings area. A lovely stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Garden Cottage. It had everything you could need, was beautifully presented and was super clean. The shower was powerful and had plenty of hot water. The bed was comfy with lots of pillows. The location was great, very private and had views over the farm. Close to Rye and Hastings, and the vineyards of East Sussex and Kent. We would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area. Penelope was very responsive, and a great host!

Wendy was a great host and responded to any queries promptly and without a fuss. The place itself is as described and quite easy to find. The location is a good spot for exploring nearby towns and there’s a convenience store and a pub within short walking distance.
