The 95 square meter solid house has a comfortable living room, a dining room, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, as well as 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet and 2 double rooms on the first floor. Free Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Quietly located, but still in the middle of Franconian Lake District. Location: - Lake Brombach is about 5 minutes by car. - The city of Nuremberg can be reached from the nearby train station (1.5 km away) by train in about 30 minutes. - Bakers and shops are in the neighboring village of Georgensgmünd.

Here you have the perfect base for excursions e.g. to Dinkelsbühl, Feuchtwangen, Rothenburg or the Franconian Lake District. Legoland (about 110 km) and the Playmobil Funpark (about 70 km) are also easily accessible. Important note for workers/fitters: Maximum occupancy of 3 people Unfortunately no pets are allowed!!
