Located only 3 km from Brumunddal city center with a pleasant pedestrian street, shops, and cafes. Mjøsparken with a new great swimming area, outdoor seating, mini golf, indoor swimming pool, etc. can be recommended. Unfortunately, no Wi-Fi available.

Det gamle sommerfjøset til Hovelsrud Gård ligger idyllisk til mellom Mjøsa og en bølgende kornåker – et enkelt og unikt sted for den som vil komme tett på naturen og nyte roen på Helgøya. Huset passer best for et par eller en liten familie med inntil to barn. Inne er det et soverom og en åpen stue. Ute er det en kjøkkenbenk, med et gassbluss og grill, en liten strand med bademulighet og utedo. Det er ikke strøm.
