"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest nucleus presumably dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence. The house has the private garage for your car or for your ski tools and a big balcony where you can see the mount Cervino.

Beautiful and large house on two floors, in the historic center, leaning against the Roman walls. On the ground floor, on a courtyard, there is the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the first floor a living room with fireplace, a dining room, kitchen, bathroom/laundry. A large terrace with pergola overlooks the mountains and bell towers. Very quiet, great charm.

Small functional accommodation located in a very quiet hilly area. 4 km from the highway exit The center of Saint-Vincent is 2 km away. Great foothold to reach the Valtournenche ski resorts (25 min.) Torgnon (20 min.) departure cable car Pila (25 min.). Castles and visit the city of Aosta not to be missed. There are many walks nearby. The presence of internal stairs is noted.
