Vacation rentals in Bua Pak Tha

Initially, I was heavily skeptical because the photo just looked too good and maybe the place wouldn't match the description. But I was extremely wrong. This place not only has a living space that completely blew me away with handcrafted furnitures, but everything is extremely well kept and clean, not to mention the amazing hospitality that we received from both K'Tum and Ed that makes us feel extremely welcomed with their souvenirs, complimentary drinks and breakfast. The best thing about this place is probably the kitchen because there really is every kitchen utensils or tools you need to cook for your family or loved ones, not to mention the vast amount of beautiful plates within the cabinets that elevated our Valentine's date even more. We are extremely delighted to have found, stayed, and enjoyed Rumor has it and will probably come back again in the near future!

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.

I’d definitely say that you’re getting more than you paid for. It totally feels like it’s your own place. Well ventilated floors, there’s AC everywhere. Basic amenities are provided like towels, shampoo, handwashing liquid, dishwasher liquid, napkins, wet wipes, washing detergent, etc. The first time you enter the place you’ll fall in love with it lol. Buay is very responsive, friendly and caring. She’d tell you about transportation convenience. Nearby stores and she left us very tasty fruits too. She has suggestions for everything if you talk to her it’s interesting. The place was clean and beautiful furniture. She let us stay couple more hours because our flight was in evening. She offers to speak with the cab driver in Thai for assistance. Haha, idk if I’m missing out on anything else, but overall it was a really nice experience. I’d definitely come back to this house. The area is peat and calm and 20-25 mins from everywhere. Enjoyyyy kaaaa

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Suwutcha's place. The location is exceptionally serene and private, nestled within a charming local neighborhood that offered a true sense of tranquility. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, creating a perfect retreat for our group. Best Place For Comfort

Ning’s place was outstanding, 20 minutes drive from airport Don Mueang, accessible to most prime locations in 20-30 minutes by grab, very quiet during night and fully equipped and furnished, kitchen you would not even have same equipment available at your own home, they’ve got everything, same with rooms and bathroom, all amenities and hotel standards. It’s top notch and highest quality a three bedroom you can find in Bangkok! Highly recommended and you would never regret going there, 💯 safe and secure, great neighborhood.

Nice place to stay outside of city center, much calmer neighborhood. Apartment looks like it’s presented on the pictures, we stayed for a month and it was perfect. There are 3 different pools and 2 gyms available. Many coffee shops/restaurants around. It is on 21st floor so you get nice view of the skyline. Host is great and friendly :)

Beautiful location fantastic atmosphere Une and her family were wonderful. Highly recommend this traditional Thai home.

The place is nearby BTS Station Sena Nikhom and you can easy get what you need by 7-11, Aeon Shop and various restaurants and cafe. The place is suitable for a group travel. Anything is alright.
