Welcome to our vacation home, which is furnished with the "Hüttenzauber"... We have furnished our bright and light-flooded vacation apartment, which was completely renovated in 2016, with a lot of love for detail in the style of the "Hüttenzauber." A large living and cooking area with a spacious built-in kitchen, a dining area with wonderful views of the mountains and the Hörnerkette; as well as a small workplace awaits you. There is also an additional fixed sleeping place, somewhat separated.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

Quietly located on the outskirts of Sonthofen is the studio house wirbelArt with a charming apartment. In the spacious apartment with a large south-facing balcony with mountain views, small kitchen, two rooms and bathroom, up to four people can relax. Many hiking destinations are very close. Shopping is also within walking distance in 10 minutes. There is a special offer for families. While the parents are out and about, the children can get creative in the studio.

Our 19 sqm guest room is rented above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The room has a fridge, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely stored in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.

For active vacationers, the apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing (the nearest mountain railway is 3 km away), biking, hiking/mountaineering, etc.

There is no separate kitchen, so there is no cooking facility, but refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery and kettle.
