Mit dem Kulkwitzer See liegt außerdem der älteste und sauberste See des Leipziger Neuseenlands direkt vor der Tür. Mit dem Rad sind es nur 7 Minuten dorthin. Räder gibts bei uns zur kostenlosen Leihe. Dank des Bahnhofs in Laufdistanz (3 Min.), seid Ihr innerhalb von 15 Minuten am HBF Leipzig. Die Wohnung verfügt über Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer. Alles voll ausgestattet.

Apartment with park view in the historic manor house!

The flat (approx. 60 square metres) is located on the 1st floor of the old manor house. It offers space for 5 - 6 people. In addition to a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, there is a modern bathroom and 2 bedrooms including a living room. With the exception of the bathroom, which is very modern, the rooms are painted in traditional colours and furnished with historic and modern furniture. The courtyard and park can be used by our guests. The wifi has been newly installed & is super stable.

Our child-free adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk) and in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. Holiday apartment 1 offers connoisseurs and outdoor enthusiasts plenty of space and interesting options. The highlight – next to the panoramic view: the private small sandy beach in the garden with a large lake roof as a sunscreen.

The newly renovated 45 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of the manor house on a partially renovated courtyard. It offers a fully equipped Zanussi kitchen, a bedroom with a large, cozy double bed and a living room with a large couch and large screen for relaxing movie nights. Outside there is a barbecue available if necessary, a huge meadow with orchard, creek and access to the lake, optional with sauna use, please contact me separately for this.

50 sqm furnished apartment (1st floor on the left) in Markranstädt/ OT Kulkwitz directly on the outskirts of Leipzig, near Kulkwitzer See, one of many lakes of Leipzig's New Zealand. Small garden for private use is available right in front of the house. Right on the edge of the field with a magnificent view on every evening's beautifully enchanting sunsets. From the A38 exit Südwest or the A9 exit Günthersdorf, you can reach us in a few minutes.

The apartment is quietly located in the rear part of an apartment building and can be reached via a closed courtyard. In the immediate vicinity are shops serving everyday needs, public transport and the AB-ZubringerA9/A14/A38.
