Welcome to rent an architect-designed cottage with high standards and large terrace facing south. The cottage is located 250 meters from Sandviken sandy beach. In Östergarnslandet there are farm shops, restaurants, cafes and hiking trails. The space The cottage is 56m2 with kitchen and open plan living room. Around the whole cottage runs a generous wooden deck with several seats. There is one double bedroom, sleeping loft with two single beds and living room with double sofa bed. The guest cleans and leaves in the same condition as it arrived. Bicycles are available in the yard to borrow. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated in 2022.

The property has a special staircase to the second floor. You really relax in this house. We have vegetable growing and have flea market every now and then.
