It has a private bathroom with bathtub and shower. Although along a medium traffic road, the studio is well isolated against traffic noise. Parking is available along the road. A self-service laundry is just one building away. Metro and bus stations can be reached by foot in 5 min.

The 45 m² single-decker apartment is located in the shunting yard settlement Bauernfeind, in the attic of our house. The underground can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and a stop from the fair (20 minutes on foot). Playmobil FUN Park is 20 minutes away by car. Sleeps up to 5 people. There are two bedrooms, 1 x double bed and 2 x single beds. In the open living area is a small kitchen with dining table and 1 x sofa bed.
