With its spacious design, comfortable beds, and a quiet atmosphere, this 40m² apartment in downtown San Sebastián is ideal for families, professionals, and couples looking for a relaxed base to explore and enjoy the city. Located on the first floor of a romantic-style building with elevator, the apartment is located on Moraza Street. All the city's attractions are just a few steps away from the apartment: Buen Pastor Cathedral, Loyola Street and its shops, San Martin shopping mall, La Concha Beach, the Old Town, the metro station... Everything San Sebastián offers within a 5-minute walk. Completely renovated in 2018, the apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a large living room with sofa bed and a modern fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, washer and dryer, iron, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. A high chair and crib for babies are available. A car is not necessary, unless you are interested in taking excursions around the area (Zarauz, Getaria, San Juan de Luz...). There is 24-hour public parking 1 minute away at the driver's expense. La era de Oto is a 'borda' for two in Oto, a small village in the Oscense Pyrenees at the entrance to the Ordesa Valley. The 'borda' was completely renovated in 2020, maintaining all its charm. It has two floors and a private garden on each of them. The lower one has an outdoor shower, in case you feel like showering in the sun after an excursion, and the upper one has a terrace for breakfast and sunbathing in winter and a porch for lunch and dinner in summer.
