Great stay in the cottage. Lovely place as a base to walk with the dog and fab meals at the pub across the road. The front garden is a real sun trap even if it is windy by the coast! Would highly recommend

Myself, my partner, our toddler and Labrador stayed here for 3 nights. David was great at communicating with us prior to our stay and let us know of all the best places to visit. Our dog loved the outdoor patio area and we enjoyed watching TV in the cosy living room area in the evenings, we ordered from the local Chinese. The back bedroom was the perfect size to fit our travel cot too. This home is in an ideal location, we enjoyed visiting Holkham Beach, Brancaster Beach and Wells during our stay. We would love to visit again!

We were looking for a place to escape for NYE as we wanted somewhere in the country and quiet! Elaine’s annex was excellent, clean, and as described! Would recommend 😊

A beautiful and well equipped cottage which was private and peaceful. Rebecca gave us clear instructions and useful information about places to park which was never an issue. It is a charming village with a lovely walk to the beach. The garden is enclosed so dog friendly and we really enjoyed cooking our supper on the bbq! Thank you for a perfect break!
