Renovated Blacksmiths cottage in the heart of the Limousin Natural Park. Sleeps 6, + a baby. Close to all amenities and 5 minutes from a swimming lake with lots of family activities. If you are searching for some peace and quiet for you and your family, but also want activities within a reasonable distance, tourist attractions, shops and restaurants etc, then you have found the right place for you. Please note that you will need a car to get around and that our cottage is semi- detached.

Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

This charming and spacious apartment of more than 50 m², dating from around 1640, is a wonderful place to stay. Thanks to the authentic, thick natural stone walls, it stays wonderfully cool in the summer. Towels, bedding and kitchen towels are already ready for you, and you are welcome to make free use of our garden and natural swimming pond. And of course: everyone is welcome with us. We are LGBTQI+-friendly and believe in a place where everyone feels free and at home!

Nature house

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. In the heart of the Périgord-Limousin regional park, in the middle of nature, 4 km from a lake with a leisure centre (tree climbing, rail bike, etc.) and 5 minutes from small shops (grocery stores, train station, etc.); stay in a renovated accommodation adjoining a house built in 1803, all in a 2-hectare green setting including century-old trees and an old wash house. In September-October, come listen and watch the deer slab.

new 20 m2 studio with equipped kitchenette (basic coffee maker with washable filter) separate bathroom, all enlarged with a small 6 m2 veranda and 40 m2 furnished terrace (tables, chairs) and especially awnings on the entire facade overlooking a landscaped garden. Sleeps 2 adults. Linens, towels, tea towels, cleaning products provided. the village has a train station (Limoges/Périgueux line) located a few minutes' walk from the cottage. I can pick you up by car.

The four-ponds lodge

We welcome you to a comfortable, LGBT-friendly cottage, located in the heart of our 4 ha enclosed park surrounded by meadows and woods. You can walk around our ponds in peace, meeting birds, flowers, and maybe deer. Family equestrian centre 1 km away, leisure park 5 km away (swimming, tree climbing, etc.), and many hiking trails. Not to mention the limousin heritage. The owners live in another house within the park.

The cabin house

On the forest side and in the heart of a set of two traditional Périgord houses, the calm is total and the place lends itself to positive introspection, alone or as a couple. Just one essential in winter: throw a few logs in the stove, and turn on the fan in summer if you like it. 2 bedrooms are available in the accommodation.
