This recently restored boathouse will give you a real switch off from the modern world feel, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.

new 20 m2 studio with equipped kitchenette (basic coffee maker with washable filter) separate bathroom, all enlarged with a small 6 m2 veranda and 40 m2 furnished terrace (tables, chairs) and especially awnings on the entire facade overlooking a landscaped garden. Sleeps 2 adults. Linens, towels, tea towels, cleaning products provided. the village has a train station (Limoges/Périgueux line) located a few minutes' walk from the cottage. I can pick you up by car.

Located in the countryside, in a wooded area, the cabin is 3 minutes from all amenities (bakery, organic grocery store, supermarkets, frozen food store...) and 3 minutes from the heart of Saint-Junien, (weekly market on Saturday morning, covered halls, bars, restaurants, doctors, hospital...). It is also 10 minutes from the Oradour-sur-Glane Memorial Centre and 20 minutes from Limoges, City of Arts and Fire, famous for its porcelain.

The house is located on a secluded property in a one hectare wooded park, surrounded by woods. -4/5 people - Ground floor : Living room with fireplace and pellet stove + 1 bathroom and toilet. - First floor : 2 bedrooms. The 1st equipped with a double bed. The second one equipped with a single bed and a double bed. Sheets are provided and beds are made. Towels are not provided.

You will enjoy staying there for its comfort and tranquility, with its south-east facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden. PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.
