Everything is beautiful and the view of the golf course is great! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The home was super clean, modern and comfortable! Can’t ask for anything more.

Very satisfied with our stay. Place was spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy. Host was more than friendly very good people. We ran in to minor car trouble and host did not hesitate to help out. Our family truly appreciate their kindness.

Our stay was peaceful and we felt safe and at home. Camden provided easy to follow directions, as well as information about the cabin and surrounding property. The cabin was clean and well supplied. The area was absolutely beautiful! We will definitely return.

Shi’s place was central to where we needed to go for our trip to Alaska. We enjoyed coming “home” after long days and having a great kitchen to cook in. Loved that there were a lot of toys for the kids and kid friendly dishes. We did not get to spend anytime outside on the beautiful deck or the fire pit but definitely next time we go!

We highly recommend Craig’s place! Great location, home, yard. Bed was very comfortable. Full kitchen with everything we needed. The garage was an extra bonus. Would love to stay again the next time we visit family in Wasilla!

We stayed at Nelia’s home during our first trip to Anchorage and it was perfect! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the basics for our stay. The little touches she provided - postcards and stamps, mints and chocolates, sparkling cider in the fridge and snacks made us feel very welcome. We had an issue with the washing machine and she was very responsive and had it fixed right away. It’s a no-shoes home and she provides comfortable slippers. Wish it was warmer weather so we could enjoy the backyard but the front windows provided great views of the mountains. It’s in a quiet residential court off a major street, minutes from the grocery store and restaurants. Nelia provided us with local recommendations and had tons of brochures and tourism info which helped us add to our trip! She was a very welcoming host and we felt comfortable during our stay.

We were visiting family and this house was very close to our family's house which made it the ideal spot for us. House was great and we did not have any issues.

Wonderful place to stay. It is very comfortable, peaceful and very centrally located for activities in Anchorage, Willow, Palmer and Wasilla. We enjoyed ice fishing in Wasilla, and Northern lights in Willow.

Our stay was wonderful! This place has so much room. We had 2 grandchildren (age 5 & 10) with us and they loved it also. Only issue we had was a complaint from people whom lived below. We respected the quiet hours from 10-10 everyday. We did not know 1 of them worked 2nd shift, and got woke up by the kids couple mornings? They were playing tag out on deck one time. We told them we were sorry and would try to respect their wishes. From then on we worried about being quiet. This place is very close to grocery stores, gas, Walmart, Fred Meyer’s, and restaurants. Wonderful place to stay and very convenient. There is a park 2 lots down which we went to and kids played and fed ducks. There is also a Church (Creekside Church) about 5 miles away, very nice Church and made us feel welcomed. The kids loved the Children’s Church also. This place had everything we needed. The view was spectacular.

Absolutely beautiful views! Wonderful cabin! It was exactly what we wanted. The listing is explicit about amenities and is exactly as described and pictured. No TV, no Wifi and not much signal. A beautiful escape from it all! Spacious kitchen with everything needed.

Peaceful and very little noise even though it’s an apartment in the lower level of the Host's house. The fresh eggs were a delicious treat along with the local coffee and tea provided. They also offer a few local items for purchase. This place is close to Hatchers pass which is fabulous for the outdoor enthusiasts. Highly recommend!

This is a mother in law with separate entrance in the heart of a farming community with good hiking and a reindeer farm in (moderate) walking or bike riding distance. North and South Butte trails are in the extended neighborhood, Pyrahs U-Pick farms with the harvest Festivals and music, Jim creek has Horse back riding on a glacier area tour, and weekend races in the summer. Close enough to town to get some food at Vagabonds or Turkey Red, enjoy the stay-cation; theres a herd of the cutest puppies. There are hundred of miles of walkable and campable trails in this area if you are inclined, accessible from your door step.

We enjoyed our stay here. The home is very comfortable, clean, and more spacious than we expected. It is stocked with a lot of extras including fresh farm eggs. Barbara was there to greet us and show us around. She is very friendly and responsive to messages. The property is beautiful and well maintained. If you need a place to stay in the Palmer area, I recommend Lazy Mountain Acres #2.

This is my third stay at this location. I absolutely love it for it’s peaceful and quiet surroundings. I will certainly be back again!

Took a boys trip with 3 friends and I selected Susanna’s home as our second choice as our first choice had raised the price of rental. This was easily the best decision we made. Susanna’s home in Wasilla was a prime location for our boys trip as we were able to adventure in any direction and enjoy amazing sights without having to drive an extra hour if you’re staying in downtown Anchorage. I was impressed with all of the amenities offered by Susannas home. The kitchen was very spacious and was stocked with every seasoning we could need. It often became our central gathering area of the house. Another treat to be able to view the Aurora Borealis from the comfort of the outside deck. Huddling around the fire pit was also very calming during these snowy nights. Overall, I would say this home is excellent place for you and your family (or friends) to stay if you want to enjoy the natural beauty of Lower Alaska without having to drive too far. Perfect location to break up a long drive across Alaska. It was a few minutes from the main road and ten minutes away from plenty of food options. Cabin had all the essentials!

We’re so lucky to have gotten to stay at this beautiful cabin! We made a last minute booking and Elise and Ben were very responsive and accommodating. The cabin was super clean and very well made. We barely touched the heater. The bed was really comfy and the sheets were so soft. I wish we could have stayed a couple extra days to hike about the property. We loved being greeted by the 2 goodest pups in the morning (although if dogs aren’t your thing, Elise made sure to reach out ahead of time to ask in case she needed to leash them). Will definitely be booking again next time we are visiting!

Enjoyed this cabin so much we couldn't wait to go back. This is our second time in one month. So cozy with all the amenities. Fun times roasting marshmallows at the outside fire pit with views of the snow covered mountains. Wonderful Nordic skiing on groomed trails in Hatchers pass at independence mine and archangel road. Great way to celebrate solstice in Alaska !

Perfect Getaway - Went fishing near the cabin. Beautiful sunrise. Tranquil and Breathtaking. I saw an Eagle perched in the tree. Surreal and amazing. Read a book. Cozy and cool.
