There is a kitchen and a toilet. The shower is in the side entrance. The apartment has a beautiful large window and is very bright and recently renovated. WiFi is available. We are 30 minutes from Hamburg Town Hall (City), good connections. There are shops as well as a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. Das Atelier-Apartment (ca 30 qm) befindet sich in einem 400 qm großem Obergeschoss eines Mitte des 19 Jhdt. erbauten Kavalleriegebäudes zusammen mit einigen Künstlerateliers. Es steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Apartment hat ein eigenes Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter City-Anbindung ca. 200 m entfernt.

We built the house in 2019 and live on the ground floor with our 3 children. We offer our guest room with a separate entrance, bathroom and kitchen. The house is located directly at the beautiful Jenischpark and close to the river Elbe. Bus, train and ferry can be reached within 2-15 walking minutes.
