Vacation rentals with breakfast in Byron Bay

Jo’s place is just magical! We loved the amazing views of the ocean from the deck. The house was so clean, tidy and spacious. We had the most wonderful weekend here. Jo put so much thought and attention to detail into the home for us. We felt so comfortable and welcome. Could not recommend Jo’s place more!

We stayed at The Rocks for almost a week with our family of five which includes two adult children. the accommodation was perfect for us, with spacious living areas and more than adequate amenities. We loved the effort gone into providing the basics in the fridge and pantry - milk, bread, a fresh fruit platter, as well as all the necessities to run the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. We could start the holiday as soon as we arrived. As first-timers to the Byron area Sanra's local guide was useful and informative. Sanra was quick to respond to our inquiries and helpful throughout. I'd highly recommend The Rocks to any families wishing for an area of quiet and reflection.

We stayed here for Christmas with 2 toddlers and grandparents. The house has a perfect layout to accomodate 2 families. The toddlers absolutely loved the backyard with a sandpit and trampoline. The layout of the house meant that regardless of the weather my 18 month old could enjoy outdoor play and we could easily supervise in comfort. The house itself is positioned beside a park, walking distance to a cafe and the beach. Orientated perfectly to catch the breeze. Lauren was an excellent host. So accomodating, friendly and prompt with her communication. This is by far the best Air BnB we have stayed in. All the little details have been thought of such as enough kitchen and bathroom ammenities, beach towels and even outdoor toys for the kids. We will definitely be booking again in the future. We can’t thank Lauren and her family enough.

Super convenient with covered parking right at the door. Quiet and comfy space. Great shower with very good pressure. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment and a few handy food items. Relaxed and helpful host gave us plenty of privacy. Nothing bad to say!

Had a great time in this place. Kathryn's home was clean and very welcoming. It was also close to shops and we were grateful for the tips/details of local things to do. We stayed for Splendour in the Grass and this home was a great location. Definitely recommend!!

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Sarah’s beautiful little home. Sarah communicated everything we needed perfectly and was consistently very prompt with messaging throughout our stay. The home was extremely cozy and functional and we had a great time relaxing in her space. There was a bookshelf full of interesting little books and the decor was excellent 👌 There’s a little day lounge that gets the sun in the afternoon, a bath tub, beautiful shower and comfortable beds. The fridge had some essentials like milk and butter etc. and there was lots of tea, coffee and things in the pantry. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay away. This one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. The house is flawless! Immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts have thought of everything you’ll need and more. We felt instantly at home. It is private and quiet, yet close to the beach, a great grocer down the road and a short drive into Byron for restaurants and great food. We were a family of 4 with young kids and they had a great time in the pool. There was a highchair and we were able to access a lovely cot. The sauna is such a plus too! Would highly recommend.

The view was amazing. We didn’t leave the deck for the entire weekend . Peaceful and spectacular.

This is a lovely spacious place in great area. The bed is very comfortable. It was perfect for a four day stay. We appreciated the easter eggs that were there on arrival. Would stay again.

We had an amazing three night getaway at Adrienne's. it was amazing being somewhere so peaceful but so close to everything we needed. The place is all that you see in the post and more. Easy check in and no problems at all through our stay.

Although we didn’t stay at David’s place due to the unit undergoing repairs, David did organise an alternative unit in the same complex. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. The unit is in a great position and the complex is clean and well maintained

The apartment was in the most ideal location, walking distance to everywhere, but private enough to provide a peaceful sanctuary. The apartment was much more spacious than expected and the photos don’t quite do it justice. Emily was really clear with instructions and it made our stay very easy!

We spent a weekend recently at Antonietta’s studio enjoying the beautiful green surrounds of this property. To label this place 5-star is something of an understatement. Antoinette has gone above and beyond to create a modern, trendy space complete with many little extras which makes this place an absolute standout. Meticulously clean, it also boasted comfortable bedding, soft towels, a well equipped kitchen and a pantry complete with locally sourced breakfast supplies. It was easy to relax here with a good tv and sound system available along with a variety of up to date magazines, puzzles and books. Had the weather been kinder, we would have taken the opportunity to laze by the infinity pool which overlooks the stunning view, full of lush plants and even a wallaby which was there during our stay. For a peaceful break with all the conveniences of home this studio was perfect and private. Checking in and out was simple and Antonietta was a delightful and friendly host. Excellent place!

Kate was a great host, very helpful and kind to us. Everything was clean and easy to find, very happy with our stay, couldn’t have asked for a better place or host!

So quiet and relaxing and perfectly set up for a mini break. Lovely breakfast foods and fruit was a wonderful inclusion. Highly recommend! Loved the garden and birds and just a few metres from walking trails and lookouts.

Debbie’s Beach House was clean, spacious and perfect for my needs. It is a beautiful home, and the ‘beach house’ does feel very private, despite being part of the host house. Both hosts were friendly and welcoming, and gave helpful local recommendations. The breakfast provided was lovely, and whilst I didn’t use the private pool, the option was great.

We had a wonderful time in this peaceful artist's residence. Jolene is very generous with her time and knowledge and the space is light, open and just across from the beach in a quiet street. The perfect getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at Robin's Nest. Lovely breakfast every morning. Especially love the fresh fruits and hot chocolate. Robin was friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. The location is also quite close to the beautiful and peaceful Pottsville Beach. Would love to stay here in the future. Thank you Robin. ❤️

Just like staying in a fairytale cottage. Extremely comfortable, lovely energy and beautifully decorated. Nestled in a very friendly, vibrant and artistic community. Wonderful cafe/restaurant right next door. Enjoyed my stay very much, I will be back for sure.
