The "Esprit des Lois" House

Welcome to our fully renovated house in the very center of the village of La Brède, famous for Montesquieu. We are located in the heart of the vineyard area called « graves » just next to « Pessac-Léognan ». The local shops are walking distance and offer lot of choice (3 bakeries, 2 butchers, a grocer…) so you won’t have to go far to fill the fridge ! The kitchen/living room opens onto a sunny terrace as well as a little garden, perfect for sipping wine while watching the kids play !

The Perchoir des Graves

Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. Breakfast is included!

Le Bois du Martinet Gîte

Located 25 minutes from Bordeaux, 12 minutes from La Brède, 15 minutes from Lake Hostens, 45 minutes from Lake Sanguinet, 1 hour from Biscarosse, the Dune du Pilat or Arcachon. This 75 m2 cottage is quietly located facing the forest, with bike paths directly accessible. This independent accommodation includes two pretty bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Towels and sheets will be provided with great pleasure. Among them, the vineyards of the Pessac-Léognan and Saint-Emilion PDO (less than an hour), in addition, the apartment is 20 minutes from Bordeaux and 50 km from Arcachon. We offer two packages: Breakfast package (€16 for two people) Jacuzzi package (€40 per day in addition to the night/€60 for two days)

Our new cottage in the middle of the vineyards with sauna and private jacuzzi consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (Nescafe coffee maker and pods provided), a sofa bed, a bathroom as well as a large bedroom with a 160×200 bed. A large terrace overlooking the vineyard is also accessible to guests. A bioclimatic pergola allows you to relax in the hot tub all year round. A barrel sauna is also available on the terrace.

Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool (private for guests), a private terrace (with a table for 4 people, BBQ), enclosed and wooded garden, mini golf green. Parking is located in the courtyard and is secure. We are bilingual (English) and can help you discover the region.
