Monthly Rentals in Cabo Da Praia

We booked the house from Walter for a week for 10 persons, 6 adults and 4 children. Unfortunately me and my wife could’t go, but our daughters with their families went. They had a lovely time in the house. They said that Walter was a great host and the house was big en really nice. The kids loved the swimming pool, the football field and the play area.

Great house and location. Walkable to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach! The house was very clean and everything needed is there. Bedrooms are comfortable, easy to sleep in everyday! There’s free street parking at the back of the house along the park and can access the house from the back yard. Free parking in front of the house during weekends only. Quiet neighbourhood but a few minutes walk to the beach and excellent restaurants. Sabrina was very quick to offer advice and answer questions. She gave us great recommendations and is super friendly. We would stay again and highly recommend anyone to stay here.

We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in Praia. The location was excellent and the apartment itself was clean and spacious. Our group was five adults with a multiple night stay. The weather was very hot during our visit but this apartment has large windows and balcony doors which allowed a nice breeze to carry through. José was a wonderful host. He was quick to respond and very accommodating. Thank you for everything José!

Comfortable studio apartment. It has all the amenities plus a washing machine and dryer. Fast internet, good location and friendly hosts.
