We are very happy with our stay. The location of the house is excellent, close to the beach and you can do everything on foot. House is just like the ad, very organized, super pleasant environment. This is our second time staying at Cláudio's and Scheila's home and we will certainly come back more often.

We loved the house, went with a family for a 5-day stay, because it was December, the peak of the summer, we felt a lot of heat, we suggested air conditioning in the rooms, there is a ceiling fan and we took one more, but it was still very hot. We did not know the place, for those who go from Vitória-ES to the site we suggest that you first throw the location of the city center and then the location, the direct path of the GPS leads to a very bad place to pass. The place is very nice and pleasant, we made family photos, there is a waterfall practically in the backyard of the house, to hear the noise of the waters, the pool was scheduled for cleaning, so we had a swimming pool always clean, in addition to the maintenance that was done during the stay.

Great option to enjoy with the family, or for a moment at two. The Creek symphony that passes in front of the house is a delight aside. The house is cozy and very well equipped. A piece of paradise. The hostess was always very helpful, as was Dona Marta, with whom we took the keys of the house (and her little shop is a delight, with wonderful products and close to the house). Anyway, it was a wonderful weekend and we hope to come back again.

It was wonderful. I am very grateful to God for giving me the opportunity to meet Marineis and her beautiful family. Alexandre, the famous Bigode and husband of Marineis, her daughter's family (daughter, son (future star Alan, and husband, the famous Soropoa lol). They are all wonderful people who will forever be in my heart. I hope to go back soon. Family atmosphere and with a lot of joy everywhere.

Our family had a great experience in Sitio das Águas. The site has the necessary infrastructure for complete fun. There are several leisure options and the accommodations are very good. Salvador was very attentive and kind, went to the place to welcome us and remained available to meet us when necessary. I recommend it to those who want to stay close to the beach while also seeking peace of mind. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. You can walk to Praia do Xodó, even with stalls and chairs. The infrastructure is simple, but no agitation. Car access is easy to other attractions and markets. The apartment is airy; we only use the air conditioning the first day. Afterwards, we prefer to leave the windows open and use the ceiling fans. Everything was very clean. The utensils were basic, as described, but in great shape. The rooms are well distributed, and we were very comfortable – just me and my wife. We left the car on the street, but I felt safe, as it was a few meters away from us. In short, we love it and recommend it to those looking for a nice and peaceful place to relax after the tours.

I had a great stay at Debora's place! The location is great, making it easy to access everything, and the structure of the house is super comfortable and well organized.
