The house has been completely renovated in the summer of 2016 and it is on the third floor (without lift). The flat is situated in a strategic position to visit Portovenere, La Spezia and 5 terre. Near the building there are free parking. The bus stop for Portovenere is located in front of the building; on the opposite side of the road there is the bus stop for La Spezia. La Spezia center and train station: 5/10 minutes by car, 10/15 minutes by bus. Portovenere: 10 minutes by bus or car.
