Small village in the middle of the vineyards ; 100m from the lake of la Vergne, 12 km from Cahors, 6 km from the nautical base of Caîx, hiking, paragliding, fishing.... Independent courtyard, you have a living room, sitting area with TV ; kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker... Beautiful living room with a bed, equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet. You will have access to our swimming pool (we make sure to use the pool only in the absence of our guests) and can also enjoy a covered terrace and garden.

The house is a 5-minute drive from Lake Catus and 15 minutes from Cahors. The house is located on a plot of more than 3000 m2, partially fenced. It is at the end of the road and access is via a private path (so no cars pass by at all) There is a 30 m2 closed kennel.

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.
