Small village in the middle of the vineyards ; 100m from the lake of la Vergne, 12 km from Cahors, 6 km from the nautical base of Caîx, hiking, paragliding, fishing.... Independent courtyard, you have a living room, sitting area with TV ; kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker... Bathroom/WC : walk-in shower laundry : washing machine terrace with garden furniture quiet environment.. My accommodation is perfect for couples.

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

La Chouette is a picturesque and private two-level village house nestled in the medieval center of Saint Antonin Noble Val. Hand-crafted wooden cabinetry and a curved staircase add warmth and charm. A walled garden with lower and upper terraces provide a spectacular view across the Aveyron river to wooded hills topped by the Roc d"Anglar. La Chouette is closed in January and February.
