We had a very nice stay at the place, Ms. Ana is a very accommodating host she can assist and guide you during your entire stay, everything is clean and you can also cook and use all the utensils.

The house is unexpectedly clean and complete. I love how the necessities are presentedlycclean and complete. Our stay is cery comfortable. Will book again if I’ll be around the area again.

The house was spacious and exactly like the pictures, with large rooms, sturdy beds, and three bathrooms—super convenient for our group. Greg and Irene, the caretakers, were very helpful and proactive, even offering to buy items from the sari-sari store. The WiFi was strong, and the fridge/freezer worked great for our needs. The kitchen island was a perfect spot for family meals and conversations. The dirty kitchen was well-equipped with a gas range and large rice cooker. The bathrooms had heaters, and there was a WiFi extender in the master bedroom. A few suggestions for improvement: adding hand soap in the kitchen and bathrooms, having Netflix on the TV, providing a printed WiFi password for the upstairs, and ensuring the remote has working batteries. We also didn’t get the exact address until 11 minutes past check-in, and the slippers policy was unusual—especially with marble floors and central AC. Overall, a great stay.

We rented Edwin’s house for over 4 months. His place is a 3 bedroom house situated in a fine, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with 24/7 security. The location is about 10 minutes drive to establishments, schools and hospital. Edwin is a great host, he responds to my messages pretty quick, consistently. Whenever there is a situation, he always had solutions and dealt with it immediately. His caretaker, Melbi, is also pro-active. She maintains the house so well even without supervision. We could only say good words describing Edwin as a host plus our experience during our stay in his place. Our family recommends his house if you are looking for a temporary place to stay in Nuvali. I wanted to celebrate new year with my family and Fe's place became our home away from home. Don't expect luxury since it is a real home with a very homy feel. It so large that there is enough space for everyone. It has a very functional kitchen where you can cook before you go around Tagaytay. It is just 5-10 mins drive to Mahogany Market, Skyranch, TwinLakes and restaurants. But if you prefer to walk better since the sorrounding village offers fresh air and nice soroundings. It lets you relax and forget about the noise of the city. The host is very friendly and even provided free pandesal and coffee. It is pet friendly since they also have their own dogs separated by a fence from the unit. If you want your own home in Tagaytay then Fe's place is the best place. It is also accesible via Mendez Jeep so you can also go around via public transport. We will definitely come back.

Homey’s a great host! He takes responsiveness to guests to a whole new level. I felt welcome and didn’t feel anxious because instructions were clear and even the staff were also courteous, friendly, and helpful. The place is clean plus near restaurants and malls. Definitely worth the money I spent booking this place!

We had a great staycation! I love the condo unit. The place is super neat and relaxing. Bed is so comfy. The unit is facing in front of the pool, what a great view! I wish we could’ve stayed for longer days. Worth every penny. Smooth check in and check out process because Ms. Paula already gave us a clear and concise instruction. I had an amazing 5-day stay! The host was incredibly thoughtful and even provided a broom for cleaning the unit, which made everything so much easier. They were super responsive, and all my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. I truly enjoyed my time here, and I will definitely be booking again in the future.

great place to stay! I had to do online meetings and it had fast wifi, no clutter, and no unnecessary noises. bed was big and comfy. so many restaurants and stores around. wakable and safe place within eastwood. will definitely stay again.

This condo is perfect for my stay in Manila which allowed walkable access to shops, bars, restaurants and services. The condo is in a great area of BGC, close to everything and yet in a quiet area where you still have views to see from the windows. The condo unit is spacious providing ample living/ dining / kitchen area to move about and hosted family dinners. Lastly, it was great dealing with Lily as she is very responsive to my questions and concerns. I love this condo that i am already booked to stay again in April.

This is my second stay at Erick’s place and it was awesome. Erick is super fast in communication and took care of small details. He was kind enough to give me late checkout proactively. His place is very clean, has good natural light, and has all amenities to have a great stay. Highly recommended!

It was a pleasant stay at Heidy's. Heidy was very accomodating and ensures that we are comfortable in her unit. Though there was a little hiccup about the air conditioning unit, Heidy was very responsive the resolved it within 24 hours. Would definitley recommend her place 😊.
